Because this is all i'm getting watching any of these skits and I look at the comments and everyone's just gushing over how good it is but I cant even finish one sketch. All these interactions trigger my fight or flight response so instantly. Is that the appeal?

I used to go this artisan movie theatre with my artsy friends. They never played the most popular movies, they sold artisan foods, and everyone was insufferable.

The coolest theatre I’ve ever been to in Portland was the Baghdad on Hawthorn in the 90’s they would show classic movies like Clockwork Orange or something for a week or so. If there was a cover it was cheap, you could order real food and beer and they had little counter tops in front of your movie seat. I was dope! I’m guess after 20 years it’s gone

When I go to the movie theatre (not theater), I am only looking for one thing: Are-tiss-an...rustic...food. I want the grittiness of the paper. I want fresh, farm-grown Sausage-Panini-Infused Cabbage Patch Kids. Finally a theatre (not theater) that ages its own Balsamic-Vinegarette-Caramel in oaken barrels. Also the only movie they're allowed to show is Eraserhead. Only Eraserhead.

Omg. This reminds me of the gentrified bowling alley that opened in my area. It used to be a normal, rustic bowling alley but they decided to make it like posh. The hotdog is $15 and if you want fries added an extra $5. The cost to bowl was like $200 for 3 games there. 😂🤣😂🤣

First job at 16 was an AMC usher, which also meant concession. Hot dog buns dipped in nacho cheese were deluxe free food. Popcorn and Dr Pepper galore. I'll leave it there. : )
