What day was that?
That is neat!
It’s a pretty cool setup. Tractor runs it well!
Good to see you at CAMA today! Thanks for the great display!
Thanks for all your guys hard work to put on the show. Definitely my most favorite show to attend. Ice cream mix is made for tomorrow, feel free to stop by!
where is the 3 point hitch? my original has a hydraulic lift so the 3 point hitch is the only thing i need.
It sounds like it’s knocking
It’s possible, it’s sounded like that for the last 10 years so I haven’t worried too much. Runs like a top, some day I’ll do a full engine rebuild on it
126 my first cub. Still have it. Pulling tractor project. No idea it was rare
It's a novel idea, but...I don't know, kinda feels like it'd be quicker to just swing an axe. 🤷🏼
When usa built things to last
Is that pull starter original? I don't believe I've ever seen this model with the pull starter. I've seen every electric start model i have A few old international cub cadet tractors i just picked up A 1971 model 129 yesterday
That seat correct?
It is not, it’s off a Kubota garden tractor… pretty comfortable so I’ve kept it around
Where can I get a bumper like that? And will it fit on a 67 model?
I bought it from Xtreme motorworks. It’s modeled after a Brinly gard n cart. I’ve seen them on a 72 but you just have to notch part of it around the quick attach bolt. Otherwise they should fit all narrow frame cub cadets
i have 2 86s both have lights one has sleeve hitch other has deck great machines
They are very fuel efficient which is what I like best about them. Still have plenty of power to get work done
That's a '56, not a '58 :). Pushes your boat well
I have a 169 I want to restore
I have just acquired a 1975 model 86 in decent shape just needs a bit of a cleanup. I’m glad to see that I’m not the only one who appreciates these old machines.
That’s pretty cool. We don’t have anything that cool at our fair usually.
I could watch and listen to those for days.
Love how unsafe these machines are. Driverless operation and cigar lighters for people that relied on common sense instead of lawyers to keep them safe.
is this a factory option where do i get one of these
Yes, they were an option on all gear drive Cub Cadets, you can find them all over the place used for $200-300, keep in mind there are some differences through the years so make sure you get one that will work right for your tractor.
Nice little machine there and what a score on the box blade. My 147 is getting close to being done as is my #40 box blade. You aren't kidding, mine was tough to find and I've never seen another one around here. I've got the 42" mower deck for mine, but it looks the best with the box blade on. Thanks for showing off yours.
Question where do you get your desil cub cadets and are you going to CAMA this fall if so see you there I’ll have my cub cadet 129 there
I bought the 782D and 882 from friends of mine who had them, the other 2 I found on Facebook marketplace. They are out there just have to search for them. I plan to be at CAMA again this year, hoping to bring 1 machine of each series. I’ll see what I can come up with. Will also have the ice cream maker up there and also wanting to bring the farmall H up as well. Hope to see you there!
@@mikescubcadetworld nice
Love the Chanel
I'm in the process of restoring mine that I've had for the last 40 years... It still cuts the lawn fine with only an eight hp engine...They sure don't make lawn tractors like they used to... I won't be letting it go... Old but reliable...
They definitely don’t make them like they used to… they last forever so you would never need to buy another. Once restored it’ll go another 40+ years
Hi I am currently working on a 102 and am looking for a snow blade. I see the narrow frames for sale but all have pins. My mule is not a quick attach and was wondering if it would work and if not what needed to be modifyed?
The little tractor that could!
i would like to find a service manual for the k161. i know little about the engine. mine on the 61 original runs well but i don't know anything about the governor and it is not working..
You may have to reset the government there usually A small nut that you have to loosen on the governor linkage arm loosen the governor linkage arm make sure that your throttle is set to the wide open position take A pair of needle nose pliers pinch the needle nose pliers onto the Small governor shaft that's in the middle of the governor linkage arm twist the governor linkage shaft clockwise it should only move A tiny bit hold the governor linkage arm shaft firmly once you've turned it clockwise then quickly tighten the small nut on the governor linkage arm make sure it's reasonably firm but not too tight and try to start the engine it should run like new
Nice!!!
Don't lose that air cleaner cover!!!! Nice rare old 69'er.
Yes, definitely don’t want to lose it, they are tough to find and if you can find one they are quite pricy!
Might try adjusting the valves.
I need a video on how to take the plow apart, mine is all in one peice it apears
Sounds good.
Sweet, were all 69' made in that color?
that's awesome
That Original is a real nice machine!
Great collection, nice to get em all fired up
Thanks! It’s always nice to get them all out!
You've got enough tractors for your own tractor show, 😂😂. That's pretty cool to see some of them in a line. Your H starts just like my 1942 Farmall B. One pull on the hand crank and it fires right up. Thanks for sharing. I'll see you later.
If they were all running I’d have about 22 to show off, plus a few more attachments. It’s always nice doing my own little show, free admission and great parking! 😂
My neighbor just scored 6 Cubs with decks barn find. Gonna be fun to get one mowing again!
I have a '66 102 with the 40" mower I grew up on, and I just bought a '73 149 with a mower deck, snow plow, and a tiller. The '66 still runs strong, and the '73 needs some carb work, but does run. Sweet collection you have there!!!
We had one. Loved it. Went through four motors until we retired it to the side yard.
Definitely says RC on the stem pause and look 👀
i have a 61 original with the Kohler 7hp and electric start. serial begins with 4. i guess that mean built in April of 61.
I see when you were driving the 102 you disengaged the PTO. With nothing attached to the PTO clutch it should be engaged to eliminate excessive wear on the button on the clutch.
Fun fact: IH used the exact same transmission in these as the Farmall Cub tractor.
What a nice unit, she's a beauty.
Who wants to help me save the family farm?
Looking great.I watched the series of the painting and restoration and enjoyed it. Sounds great too!!.
We are in the Uk. Just bought a international cub cadet 1961 pull start for our Grandson. Where do you get the parts we need a coil, condensed and points? No one knows the model number and we can't read the plate. Enjoyed your video.
It drives nice and runs well!
I Love That!!!!
Great video, thanks! I think I'd use bungees or light chain and connect the tow bar to the yellow gussets in a "Y" pattern, leaving the pump handle to move freely in all directions.
