Great video! I think the only bad thing about the Jada ryu is that the skintone is orangey. I swapped out the p2 ryu base with the white gi, and now that jada toys ryu is perfect!
Agreed. A little too orange, but fortunately still tolerable for me, especially for the price. I think they fixed the skin tone on the reruns -- the ones with the back of the box featuring just the character in the box rather than the ones from the wave. China has some without box around 50ish USD but includes all accessories. I think I will settle for that version instead since universally was the figure complained by many collectors. Sure, KGR Kyle gave him a 7/10 but I think it was just him being very forgiving or not planning to play with that figure.
@@kdakda426 I am actually considering that moving forward. But since I have committed to reviewing figures, I thought it would be nice to feature the whole package, including the box presentation itself. Some fellow collectors I know of go for the boxless ones from China -- both for PAK and Bring Arts. They are authentic sans the packaging. That said, a wise choice on your part. @@CBArticulates Yes, the boxless ones are good for the most part. But not all figures have boxless version, which is why Cloud did not have that version for the first release. Only till the second release did boxless version start to emerge, hence its either you are patient or u miss out on the figure entirely. Example would be the FF10 PAK new releases do not have boxless versions.
@@kdakda426I'm definitely gonna wait and see for Rufus and The Turks. I am already seeing a potential problem with Rufus since he has a long coat as well. The importance of patience definitely cannot be underscored enough for this rather expensive hobby.

You're not wrong. I would take multiple 10-dollar figures over this one. Looking at Blokees Transformers, which are only around 7 bucks apiece. 😅

This figure is actually pretty good ever since Nina Williams got announced recently, And King is in progress. I hope. They may announce Asuka Kazama, Ling Xiaoyu, Paul Phoenix, Alisa, Lars And Jun The next figures are going to be $35 Dollars for each figure they plan in progress For Asuka Kazama And 5 others

I hope game dimensions will make 17 Tekken 7 Characters In Their Game Dimensions Line Up. Probably from the arcade version of Tekken 7 That I played at round 1 arcade

Also, the head might be too big as it is specifically fitted for the 7-inch scaling of McFarlane Toys.

Solid figure. Truely needs a bit more accessories and stronger arm joints, as my Jin already lost his right arm upon the day of his arrival. But hope you enjoy yours! Great video
If I remember correctly, the shoulder joints on mine were starting to get stiff and clicky -- precursor to breaking and popping. (Will check) So I hope that doesn't happen. Where did you buy?
It seems a lot of people have been buying these figures off of Alibaba/Taobao. 🙂 Here in the Philippines, these are retail figures sold at Toy Kingdom and Toys R Us. They can also be purchased through Shopee and Lazada.
Damn I was about to buy this figure but I might hold off till there’s a quick fix for it
I honestly wish they kind of made his legs a bit thicker. The alt mode isn't really a big issue for me since 99% of the time he'll be in bot mode. Other than that, it's still a good Transformer. Nothing out of the ordinary. Some blast effects could have gone a long way. The way I see it, you should buy this if you're picking up the SS86 Optimus Prime.

The faces are acceptable for the price. For Yuji, the sculpting is done well and exceptionally painted, relatively speaking.
i got this fig and gojo bundled for 60$, honestly a great fig but i dont like the proportions of his arms, they couldve been wider imo :)

The figure looks good and the articulation seems like it could rival the SH Figuarts version but my only gripe is the headsculpts, it just looks off to me but it is a more budget figure so I understand.

Objectively speaking, Yuji. More paint and detail work going on. But I'd still go for Gojo first before picking up Yuji. Gojo is a little more fun to handle despite Yuji looking a bit more solid.

Nah this fig looks like a bigger version of the anime heroes gojo just with more accessories.
It's way better than the Anime Heroes one. Great proportions. Loads of articulation and accessories. More fun to handle overall.
