It's pretty sad. I think I heard they will refund if you send the canvas back. With doing that they take the points back too which I think they should let the customer keep for their trouble. It would be nice if they would send the customer another canvas -even if they have to do another run with that canvas. Or maybe they refund 50% and allow the customer to keep the canvas if they choose too but give the customer better options. To have the customer have to use mica powder etc, it crazy. Thanks so much. I thought they would for sure send the glue so I could fix it. I had already started and didn't want to send it back and I mentioned that in my first email so they wouldn't think I just wanted a free product/diamond painting. And I thought the glue was kinda important too 😃 Thankfully the extra glue from diamond dotz is working. Thank you for watching.

Next time I think I'll do smaller section at a time 😀It's crazy I paid $84 for this canvas. I don't think asking to send $10 bottle of glue to fix the problem was too much to ask but I guess it was in their eyes. Thanks so much for watching.

Yeah, I was a bit set back that they didn't want to send it. I had mentioned in my first email that I didn't want to send it back because I had completed a good portion. Thankfully I love the painting and am enjoying it still. The Diamond Dotz worked great. Thanks for stopping by :)

Welcome to the diamond painting community. I was a bit surprised that they didn't send the glue. They wanted me to send my whole canvas back for inspection which I didn't want to do as I was almost half way done and I was doing it for an event. Thanks so much for watching.

Thank you Laura, so far so good with the DD glue. I don't understand why they are not taking care of their customers especially when we have spent so much over the years. So crazy. @Diamonds4Linda very staticky drills, stray drills in bags and I'm not talking a couple. Doing a round dp and some of the drills are squares. And glue issues. This is supposed to be relaxing but this canvas is a nightmare. I'm working through the issues but for the price I paid I don't think I should have to. And of course customer service was useless.
