Appreciate the video. I bought a pitbike with this engine as a cheap second bike. I wanted something super simple and lightweight to use while my 450 is getting work done. Mine's a second hand 2021. When decelerating or cruising in 5th it feels like it's trying to jump out of gear or like it's skipping a sprocket tooth because it loses both drive and engine braking for a split second and then lurches. New chain, sprockets, gearbox and selector forks fitted by the previous owner with the old parts as proof. Chain and clutch slack are good. Any ideas? Also if using this engine for technical trail riding does it need a fan to keep it cool in 5C-25C weather? FINAL question do you know what wattage the 6 coil stator is rated for? 😅

surely they have fixed this on current gen ZS 190CC engines? They have had 5 years since this video?

I wonder if I have the same problem with my Lifan 125 manual, I can shift gears when motor not running, but when motor running I can shift gear when riding, but very hard to get into neutral, but as soon as I stop the motor, it goes into neutral, but I have to hit it a bit hard.

my zs190 is brand new zero miles. Im able to shift into all gears when the engine is not running but when it is running i can only shift into 1st. have to turn engine off the shift anywhere else. I know it isnt the shifter hitting the case and i have adjusted the clutch cable and clutch arm so therea few mm to zero slack before it engages. do you have any other ideas?

i have one and no problems in 6 years but I change the oil every 5 gas tanks the best its one counts hours after 10 oil changes and dont uses syntetic oils i recomend iridium spark

before liquid oxygen, consider getting a nitrous oxide tank that you can have refilled for cheap from a drag race supply place.. you'll get many engine runs off a couple dollars of nitrous in a single tank that can be refilled. -- your problem then will be that it generates so much thrust the entire thing will burst into pieces

you need to feed it liquid oxygen from a tank pressurized with nitrogen

If you dont want to do the math, build a solid fueled motor. Random hybrids and liquids never work.

This is not a rocket engine. It's an oxy/acetylene torch nothing more. A rocket engine produces its own pressure in the combustion chamber. Your pressure at the nozzle is coming from the pressure in the oxy/acetylene tank. You'd get exactly the same result using compressed air! The result being...no thrust.
