Also, once you presented all his orders, then ask for confirmation if did you get his order right. In In Room Dining world, we're not suppose to greet the guest too much of a "Ma'am/Sir" actually, in the service, you are only allowed to call the guest name 3 times. Anyway, she's a nice example. Great job.
