I will be honest.. this Is the Best BM album ever. You can cry over in the nightside eclipse, be evil under Transylvanian hunger, covered by goosebumps under dark medieval times, sinh hymnes under mellom by Kampfar.. etc. BUT! This will be the first ever. When virtuosity is mixed with genius sincerity and divine (or inferna)l composing - it's just unreachable

This is good sure but I think early Throes of Dawn is better personally, 'The Blackened Rainbow' being chief for songs of theirs. This album reminds me of them - this however sounds a bit more mystical kinda like The Nightspecral Voyage but less reverb

It's as if they took only everything I love about black metal, and distilled it to it's purest, most beautiful form. It may just be my favourite black metal album of all time, and there is a lot of steep competition.

Great album. The fact that a bunch of 16-17 year old Kids made this in the 90's is awesome! It's beating the shit out of any modern black metal bands to this day. The atmosphere is nothing but excellent.🙌
