While I'm not a Karate-ka, I do have to agree that adding sumo is a very good idea, and modifying the tach-ai was just pure genius. I personally would add some mats for throwing and also add the sumo teppo palm strikes, but everyone should have their own specialized training.

Deadly Weapon?

Well-practiced.Appreciate on your hard work and passion .But they are have some of problems in real life. In fact, we can't predict and control the bad guy because of their aggressive and sword, knife...are favor weapon is useful than tonfa. Some time, tonfa, baton, police stick... look like the toys with modest damage. Therefore, I hope you can fix and find out the best decision for us. Many Thanks.

When defending against the bokken, why are you grabbing the blade of the sword? Especially wrapping your arm around the blade.
