People don’t know about those Makita impacts. I’ve had one for 6 years now and has been better than any Dewalt or Milwaukee I’ve owned.
@@Schism75 I agree I bought this one used already and I haven’t had any issues with it! Does everything I need it to!
@@marlon_makes a good friend gave me his used one 6 years ago after my Dewalt quit. It was used daily and not lightly and has been used daily ever since still use the original batteries and haven’t had 1 problem. Just seen you’re in the Bay Area. I was in the local 80 Hollywood .

@marlon_makes perfect. I do it on all my doors that lead outside. I also use 2 in for the hardware on the door but you have to drill that first to avoid cracking.

What serves as the base for the concrete to set? After they put the I beams and the rebar, is there something underneath that allows the cement to collect?

He's proving a point by how much effort you apply towards the gain. I bet the saw guy can cut boards all day long vs. The guy that gets tired after the first 20.... Also for the dumb fucks in the comments saying tools are expensive go to your local pawn shop they are under 20$ not brand new and not great condition but you get the point.

Ima let you in on a little secret… and this might surprise you………………… Some of us out here aren’t complete fucking idiots. We use complicated practices like self awareness, common sense and experience. I know I know you might be saying how did this man not cut off both of his legs while using that saw…. Some say it’s magic some say he made a deal with the devil but the truth is we may never know… (he let go of the fucking trigger!!!!!!!!!..?????)

@@marlon_makeshe didn't have a table to lean on
@@papas182 damn got me 😅
Whats the reasoning? I was always told time is money.
I can't say for these specific boards. However, in some cases, one has to repurpose certain sizes of board that aren't made anymore. Maybe it's nice wood or has sentimental value 🤔
@@opeltheartist Its gotta be nice wood or something. Or just being cheap. I can just look at him and guarantee he has a table saw better than mine 🤣
@@jessicadavid5661 time is money. This is my hobby not my job. Old 2x6 material is actually 2” x 6” vs today’s material is 1.5”x5.5”. It’s also nice material to build out of. Reclaimed material has a cool aesthetic to me haha. still deciding what to use it for.
@@opeltheartist can’t find material like this anymore unless custom made. I hate to see good material go to the landfills so if we throw it out at my job I try to take it home to repurpose on projects!

@@Gin.Jarell ayee good stuff bro! Joining the union has changed my life for the better! Very happy where I’m at now! You’ll be too!
Nice posting. I watched and listened twice! I like to see all the building improvements that are going on. We're seeing more of this as time goes by. Some improvements are replacing some of the shacks that can hardly stand up on their own and others are being enhanced and modified. Some of the improvements are done by respecting the existing structures and showing the way. What a great thing Brent is doing there, and he's the right person to be doing it. This will end up being a destination for campers and hikers. I will SUB and LIKE and wait for the next thing you post.

At least this isnt million dollar baby everyone and thier momma dog and baby was playing and listening to that song and it was so annoying and I hope I never hear that song again
It’s a decent song. Different compared to what the industry has been pumping out. Let it have its time in the spotlight. Summer is almost over and something else is bound to drop.
Looks like a waste of money a small cutting wheel on a dremel puts a beautiful new surface on a framing hammer 🔨 in a couple of minutes 👍😁
What socket is that, I just ordered a Martinez today and didn’t have it assembled
3/8” 12 point socket!
Nice cuts, but i can't help but wonder if you had enough torque on the hinges.
Thanks 🙏🏼! I stripped a couple screws, luckily I had extras but yea I don’t think I could tighten them more without stripping again. Only time will tell haha. Luckily it is a very low traffic area so the door won’t get used too much haha.
