One of my biggest concerns is being able to continue a healthy life style & getting proper nutrition. Hi Kyles, thanks for sharing your experience. I feel healthier than ever. It's frustrating not being able to do the same exercises as in the gym, but having a good setup in your van for working out is essential so you don't feel unhealthy. We managed to get really good dumbbells of 72kg and a foldable bench, and honestly, it has been so useful. We also tend to go to the gym once a week (random gyms we find along the way) to do things we cannot do with our setup! Try stepping up your gym equipment and don't give up!
