New to Arma 3 so a very helpful intro video! Thanks! :)

I fly with joystick since ofp but i don't like the way the jets and helicopters handle in arma 3 it's like there's no weight so small incremiental movements is hard and almost too sensitive

You know a game is realistic when a basic tutorial is 13 minutes.

please help! How can i get into the missions for this dlc, I have bought the DLC but the only thing i can do is "try" the jet in a grey box and im not sure what to do

This may be far in the past but I'm decent with heli's but want to learn jets so I would be the only one in my group that knows how lol would you be able to help me in game? Also, would having a flight stick help? I currently use mouse for helicopters but might invest in the stick

im having an issue where after i map the plane controls, it messes up my hele controls even though im doing it from the plane manouvers drop down.... also, cant get my mouse to control the pitch and roll even after mapping it..... help? EDIT: i fixed it so i can use the mouse, but i must continously move the mouse the direction i want to go or its only momentary?

Shift and CTRL are good buttons for throttle. In Warthunder I use the scroll wheel for throttle and [ for flaps up and ] for flaps down and G for Landing gear up and down H I use for air breaks in and out.

YOu mentioned that using your rudders didn't matter much if you are going fast. I would argue with that as they will quickly leave such as in Assault Horizon if you don't. It is just cat and mouse for a long time!!

i cant lock on enemy tanks or anything, T, Right Click, Z or anything wont work?? i can only show my target with Z but it wont lock on it... what im doing wrong?

Take Off and landing speeds are just rlly wrong, a jet does not need to reach 170 to take off or to not stall, a 737-800 has a rotate speed around 130-147 depending the weight. Most of all arma 3 jets only need 130-140 to take off , the speed will keep climbing and the jet wont stall. And for landing speed ITS different. A jet uses the FUEL and will only Get lighter. So IT would need around 170 on approach to final and when you are on short final you could start decreasing that to 130-140. Hes good but the speeds for take off and landing are wrong.

I just got my Logitech Extreme 3D Pro for my Arma 3 Apex. Now I really need help setting it up. I'm a disabled Vet, so the flight stick will help me out a lot. Thanks for any help you can provide like a settings map for the flight stick.

Help! For some reason I cant fly with my mouse. Arma used to have it where you tap the alt key and you can fly with the keyboard. Anyone have an idea what happend?? Its a bit much to manage flying and aiming at the same time. Thank You brothers.
