I remember Sons in Alliance. I was the vision engineer on it. Shot at Bray Studios. Great overnight stay at the Oakley Court hotel. Which was featured in the Rocky Horror Picture Show film. Really enjoyed my days at Bray Studios, Sammys Film Services and working with so many very talented crews.

Gates McFadden has been and in my opinion always shall be one of the most beautiful women that has ever lived. Whether she is acting or dancing or working behind the scenes her talent and beauty shine through. Love you always Gates McFadden.

Hi, you made this for Poole Tourism back in the 90s. I am now doing one for Poole Tourism as part of my Uni Project :-D

Hi, I live in Poole and believe me it has gone down hill so much. Half the shops have closed down, Poole Pottery no longer make any pottery, and the building is now just a gift shop selling tacky items. The nightclub and ice rink have gone. All the plants in the shopping centre have gone. It's such a shame. I don't understand what's happened to the place. It needs millions spending on the place and it could be an amazing thriving tourist destination. It's getting worse and wish someone would do something. If I had the money I would. Getting so annoyed with the council!!!

Gates McFadden was, and is, STILL HOT. on a scale of 1-10 I would give her a 50.

Thank you for posting this. I was part of the PR team for the council at the time and this was a focal part of the Poole - It's a Beautiful Place campaign. It was an incredibly emotive piece of film at the time and is now a great piece of the history of the town. Only 21 years old and there are parts of this film (ie Poole Pottery, Icetrax, Venue) which no longer exist but are important parts of the heritage of the town. It was an incredible time for Poole and a fantastic time to be part of publicising the Borough. Small claim to fame - I was on the very first ride of the road train on the launch day :D Thank you colintve - it was brilliant when you made it and just as important now.

My son now lives in Poole.
