This information was rich. I am awaiting my interview date as AP. Ms demonstrated herself and the content beautifully. The different content and information and levels of work and responsibilities. Wow. I am a guidance counselor that operate in 4 primary school, they call it cluster Counsellor. I work in a different school each day, with different background and cultures and it’s a lot of work as well. However it’s a contract work and the traveling each day to work is wearing me out. I apply for the opportunity in an effort to gain a permanent position and deliver more in the education system.I will listen to this content several time. A lot I learn. This interview helped me a whole lot. I see myself as a teacher mental and my school board wants me to step in as a vice principal. Though I love the classroom, but I think administration will afford me to make greater decisions that improve the school on a larger scale.
