Sometimes you just need a reminder to not take yourself too seriously. Today, I thank @angel_chika for that reminder as she asked me to find video of the 2019 @badgervb team's prepractice #getsilly dance-off. 🤪 Love how they transitioned quickly into defensive shuffle.

Took video of @laurenbarnes_2 for visual feedback. She didn't know I was interested in the audio. Anyone can log hrs in the gym. The special ones find ways to coach themselves through the process of improvement. Reps r just reps. The mind is the master of making them meaningful.
