At $175 it’s it’s expensive especially because of those light weight junky plastic handles! Blade steel and design are great those handles junk. Bought it and sold. But I did love the design so when the Benchmade Bugout 535BK came out with aluminum handles I bought that version and it’s a world of difference from the plastic handle crap , I paid $235 it’s still on the expensive side but at least feels quality made now and it’s USA made and benchmades warranty is fantastic. I decided on a personal opinion standpoint to stop buying Chinese made blades. So USA blades are the only thing I buy with the exception of RoseCraft blades slipjoint knives. I just love RoseCraft slipjoint knives I know that’s Contradictory lol . Have a blessed Monday 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

It’s over priced at $170 I typically see here in Middle Tennessee, however I own 2 of them and carry 1 everyday. Of course I also carry a couple others also😂

What they don’t tell you, is that it’s the same size and blade as the new nicer blue micarta version. Like a cheaper version of that blue one. I’d go with the blue one personally. Better in every way.

I have the BPS Aura. It comes with the same type of sheath. So far i really like everything from BPS.

Solid little knife. Great review. Personally, I'm not going to use a knife in a way that is going to put undue stress on the tip. I can see why some reviewers do it. If a company sends me a knife to review, I'll put it to extremes. Kinda like cars. I'll never intentionally drive one into a cement wall but, I'm glad someone does for safety testing. 😂 I'm certainly not going to buy myself a knife and try and break it though.
