By them making Hanni the root of all evil, it makes it hard to hold her accountable for where she didnt show up great. It felt like they punished Hanni for being beautiful and confident and knowing it instead of anything she actually did. It felt like they wanted to knock her down a couple of pegs, so they took a couple of her bad moments and converted it to capital offenses on the season.

Hello I'm from Germany and watched an Interview with Daniel, there he explained that he actually reacted similar to Medina in regards of Hanni saying No. He turned to the families and said "This is only the ending of the experiment , not us" He even kissed Hanni. The reason he left was because some of the producers said so. When Hanni asked what he would have said and he said he would have said jes he joked. Netflix just cutted their wedding totally wrong...

Hanni is just a young girl, fresh and positive. I found it very hard and nasty to attack her, the way she dresses, the way she behaves, they even criticized her integrity, that she was fake.... They made her cry cause even her supposed to be Friends waited the reunion to say things that she shared with her when she was angry with Daniel... They treated her as if she was a hore....this was so violent ....fpr me just jalousy. I was shocked

They did the same with Cole from season 3. They tried to make him the villain of the season, everyone ganged against him in the reunion 'til they made him cry and apologize for things he didn't do. They dumped on Honni so she would look worse than them.

Marcel seems to have created a spiritual teacher persona as a way to cope with his insecurities. Instead of dealing with his wounds directly he pushes them aside and builds a wall with a spiritual mask. I met ton of 20-something folks like that. He holds himself aloof which forces others to come to him and exert ton of energy to get him out of his shell, to turn his head towards them, to say something, to respond. This is how his personality developed and it is a pure wall of defense. Talking behind wall was probably safe because there was no body language and facial expression. The other person's emotions were less apparent and in his face. But when in person, Jen was sitting next to him talking to him and he was in his aloof bubble drinking his tea in slow motion. Not ok. Then when she said how hurtful that behavior is, he goes on to say how he has been hurt too. Deflecting! I know people with this defense mechanism. I wonder if there is a covert narcissism in there? There is no accountability. As soon as someone says they have been hurt by their behavior, they pull out their victim hat and no one can say anything to them again. Unless they comfort them and resume the cycle of giving them energy. It is a super damaging mindf** because it is not so apparent to those on the outside.

i am sure she said it, BUT, Alina and especially Jen pulling this out in front of a million people is on purpose and very mean. That's not friendship, that's jealousy. What amazes me most is, where was the question to Alina: Hey, what was your reaction when you saw everything that Ilias actually said, instead of what he said to you the next minute. Netflix chose to make Hanni their main character, she did not choose it. She went there, taking part, nothing more. They could have picked anyone else. How was she supposed to know who else is participating? Can't blame her for becoming popular or more famous than others. That's not "her fault", it's the viewers choice in the end, who they like most and not. So "spilling the beans" just shows jealousy and more about their character than hanni's.

Mid video you mentioned that you are confused as to why they give passes to Tyler and Ashley or Alina and Ilias. I was confused too but after thinking about it, producers and hosts always do that because these are the only married couples. We know Netflix sucks and protects the married couples now at all costs because they can see how social media affects the perception of what they are portraying on the screen. Producers will never allow the hosts to question these horrible couples that actually got through the process and “won”. Their success metric is married couples and that’s it lol but really WE all now this is a failed experiment and it doesn’t really work. We watch for the drama too but come on Netflix we are not dumb, make it make sense. They genuinely dragged these boring stories into 10 episodes when it could’ve been an email 😂 But your videos are always so fun and engaging!

true that it escalated... well, I really don't like how moderators played it towards Hanni with the comments. Ilias is definitely not my favourite for how he behaved on the show and Alina neither. producers always want drama but they channeled it too much towards Hanni rather than also focusing on making Ilias accountable... I definitely agree here. but I now also have an impression that Jen and Alina get sooo much backlash, while Hanni is being idealized - but to be honest, I really don't like how she's treating Daniel - come on, after a year poor guy says "we're not a couple, but we're more than friends"... she's distancing herself from him (at least through body language on the couch) and clearly friendzoned him, as he's so comfortable for her... having trust issues cannot be an excuse anymore for "needing more time to get to know each other" - still after a year"!!!?? Hanni did do way too much skinning and grinning with Elias after they met in person to call herself Alina's friend. I understand why Alina would be through with her after watching the show. At the same time the concerted effort by everyone to not hold Elias accountable for his deliberate pursuit of Hanni was wild. That man was ready to risk it all if Hanni was with it. And Alina could have kept that confusing feedback accusation she hurled at Hanni and gave her man the equal smoke he deserved. I don't care that they worked it out privately, his public accountability and apology should at least be equivalent to her public humiliation.

Yeah the reunion felt really gross. I’m not a Hanni fan, but it seemed they were giving her more crap for wanting to look good and being attention seeking, than Elias for literally not knowing if he’d stick with his fiancé if Hanni were suddenly single. Also in regard to Shila and Tolga, the sand castle example was….interesting, but I think some of the things he said when they were together weren’t great. Also I didn’t like how Daniel was like “well he’s a good guy to me” when he’s not the one in a relationship with Tolga. That’s the defense so many people will use when men hurt women, or others in general. Not saying Tolga is that way, but there’s so many men who treat their bros or family members great, but then go and treat women like trash. For example, Harry Jowsey
