The West Highland Way is a popular multi-day walking route in Scotland. It takes hikers from the outskirts of Glasgow to Fort William, a beautiful and varied walk, showcasing some of the best landscapes the United Kingdom has to offer. For myself, this marks the beginning of the mountainous section of the Scottish National Trail. An ironic relief for my weary legs. Hope you enjoy the film!

After finishing Te Araroa, my trail family and I decided that we needed one final adventure, a last hurrah. We hitched back to the town of Te Anau, where we embarked on the Kepler Track. This Great Walk, situated in the Fjordland National Park, is a perfect composition of ridge-walking and beech forest tramping. Wide vistas and quiet beaches make this hike a wonderful send off after the TA.
