This was so helpful!! My Mom who is 89 had a new boiler fitted by British Gas this week (Oct 24). A few days later the pressure dropped, I've re-pressurised my own boiler so used to the process. Mom's boiler did not have the simple lever to pull like mine. I found the booklet little help and most TH-cam videos featured the lever. I was about to give up when I found this instructional. Godsend. So helpful. Thankyou!!

Hmm neighbour has had new 4000 series. water is lukewarm. It says 60C and this is max. It will eventually get get a bit hotter. My Baxi is hot straight away. No need to waste loads of water. Get a Baxi?

the actual temp is not accurate. i mean when my target temp is reached the boiler turns off and then in a short while radiators go cold. how do you keep it on constantly ?

What number of degrees is good for hot tap water and the heating as well? Iam struggling mine both 60c but heating to hot and the tap hot water only can give 10 seconds hot water after 10 seconds gone be cool down never get hot again until you switch tap of then on again wait 😔don’t know why ,?any advice,?
