My god, the entirety of that front dash comes out just to get to the evaporator...

Everyone knows you’ve gotta remove the trunk lid to change the AC evaporator on these cars! And of course the headliner has got to come out too! That’s why he left it dark, to hide the insanity. I saw the shifter come out and knew this was just a guy stripping a car.

Same exact sounds after I jacked up my Durango on the cross member. I used a pry bar between cross member and frirtioning part( metal) and boom problem solved no more creaking . Thanks for sharing. Tip using pry bar May nick your anti rust inhibitor chastity paint . I used Rust-Oleum 334128 Stops Rust Turbo Spray anti rust chastity spray. 45 mins if you have power tools and a lift, about 5 hours if you do everything by hand like i just did

my 2018 charger rt makes this noise i got an alignment but im missing a cradle bolt and it still makes this noise but only in parking lots

Its Good to have a lift!

Apparently this noise is relatively common on Durango's and Jeeps. It's typically cause by improperly jacking up the suv. Technically when using a floor jack, scissor jack etc your supposed to use the pinch weld, most common people, and rinky dink shops do not do that . You can bend it back into shape by hammering, or using a pry bar or buy a replacement crossmember support bracket (52124643AB Left/Drivers Side different part number required for right/passenger side) for 40 - 60 bucks. It's held in by 3 nuts, and one long bolt (6510719AA).

I just removed my old broken in half differential and installed a used one with decent mileage but kept the old axels because it was all intact but when I put the car in Drive the drive shaft only spins and the back wheels won't go anywhere 0 noise coming from the differential and zero wear on the drive shaft I also flicked the switch on the transmission and topped off the fluid .. What did I do wrong ? The transmission was in perfect shifting order when the differential broke so I doubt it's a transmission slip any help?
