Hi, I just subscribed. I would suggest to start with the New Testament, you will learn who the Lord Jesus Christ is also his signs and wonders and miracles. Always pray before you start reading the word, pray for understanding and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ word. Be blessed and safe! Also make sure you get a bible translation you can understand ( the wording you can understand) but also make sure you have a King James bible to always reference back to.

thanks for this video I've not always gone to church but once in a while growing up in later years I started getting into god's word more looking for community with others like me into going to church it never seems to work out as I had hoped so I share devotionals on my TH-cam channel and Facebook page I even made a bible basket hoping that would me in getting into God's word more I pray to god that 2025 I'll be more discipline and my hope is to go to church more often

I'm glad I'm not alone of not reading the Bible through even being in the church for 40 years!

Awesome video, you really kept it honest & what you've focusses are. I have the NIV woman's study Bible, love it.. I'm 60, was raised in Christian home, but never read the Bible straight through so that is one of my goals for this year. The other faith goals I have are doing a daily scripture writing & morning devotional. May God bless you and your future marriage!

I recommend starting with the New Testament I tried starting with Genesis and it was so hard for me to stay consistent but with the New Testament I found it easier to stay consistent :))) God bless you on this journey <3

I have a large TBR ._., and since I am a mood reader, I am trying to change that by making a TBR Jar with just all the names of my books in it. I started it this year, and it hasn't been working up until this month when I started filming for Booktube. It's like my channel is forcing me to hold myself accountable lol, though I only have like 5 subscribers.

The happiness is back:) Yes... you do have a lot of books that you haven't read. I'm like you...I can't stand to have too many things to juggle...it stresses me out too. So yes, I think I already gave you some of my favorite. If you have a P.O Box I would love to send you my book for free, but it's a Christian Fantansy book...and I know you have to be in the mood for those. Outside from that the "Book that wouldn't Burn" I heard was really good...I haven't read it so I can't give it my thumbs up but the reviews on that book probably speaks for itself. 💚

Ahhh I totally get you, the book hangover after a good series always suck 😭 But I try to think about how good the process getting there was. I also have a huge dental anxiety as well -- I didn't get my wisdom taken out until I was 27 and I can tell you that it isn't that bad. It's definitely nerve wracking leading up to it... but the whole process was quick and I was in and out within 30 minutes!

Thanks for the update Lady! You know I'm still waiting on the update on the Palma:) I had to send mine back but my wife still loves her's. Mine would just flat out go from 40% to 0 overnight without having any wifi on or Bluetooth on. O by the way...have you read any of Name of the wind series, by Patrick Ruthfuss? "Wizards first Rule" series...Terry Goodkind ...they are amazing fantasy books🐻‍❄🐻‍❄

I haven't done the ebook + audiobook but that sounds SO annoying??? Why doesn't it follow along? So frustrating -- I was planning on doing that with The Wicked King and now I'm afraid 😩 I think Happy Place is definitely one of her more romance-y books. The other books, I would feel like I would categorize it more as a woman's literary fiction 🥰 I'm so glad you enjoyed it so much because it was also AMAZING for me. I liked Funny Story >> Beach Read. Haven't read any of her other books yet though! I would say that Abby Jimenez is a close read to Emily Henry!
