i used to think that ariana is a screamer/shouter type of singer as well but my opinion about her has changed because damn her voice sounds so good and her belts, runs and riffs are so excellent and comparing it to sohyang, sohyang sounds like a dying screeching cat with her high notes and ariana's voice sounds more soulful and powerful than sohyang's

Sohyang brings unparalled full power even on high note where other female singers can not do or their voice become very thin, weak, short which makes Sohyang outstanding out of crowd. On top of that Sohyang is very good at low note which was not highlighted as much as high note. So I recommend you to listen to her songs without prejudice.
