Did it Fix the issue replacing that 30 AMP
Yes 👍
@@deisediagnostics629 I ordered mine form amazon lets see if it fixes it self hopefully
Great video but you should have replaced all 4 glow plugs, If one becomes a issue then the others could also later be a problem.
Yes I agree but I can only do what the customer says
Got a golf gtd 2019 having to top of coolant everyday within 10-20 miles of driving. changed the auxiliary water pump as that’s what came up on the fault code and still having the same problem no signs of head gasket. Seen white smoke come out once after cold start also changed thermostat and waterpump kit could I potentially have the same issue here with the egr cooler as I have no physical signs of leaks.
It seems like you have the same issue do what I did and bypass the cooler that will give you proof
If you thought the solenoid was a pain, wait till you have to change out the glow plugs 🤣 Good job there and love the hat.!!
😂 if that’s the case hopefully he won’t be back for the glow plugs
Nice diag
Cheers Matt thank you 👍
Glow plugs will stop DPF from regenerating
That’s right they will
Some job Alan
Thanks Dave did you see my new hat
@deisediagnostics629 yes, looks a good hat for these temperatures
@@davesterlI’ll put in a good word for you and see if I can get one up to you 😃
Great fault finding power of a fuse don't undermine 🙏
Thank you 🙏
Any update . Just had same warning ⚠️ reset it . Had you any issues after your reset thanks
No issues with my one because the DPF was in good health if you have high back pressure in the DPF you will need to clean it first
This is a fantastic video, thank you for the time you put into it and for sharing. 👍
Cheers man thank you 👍
Thanks bro
very good, thank you!!!
Man these cars are coming more and more complicated. What would our kids face in the near future. Thanks for the video. Really appreciate the knowledge
More complicated and more expensive to fix it’s gone crazy. Thanks for watching 👍
I am just amazed at how faulty this system is and why DPF SCR AGR BS was allowed to be installed at the commercial level. Just a flawed system which is keep on breaking and costing alot of money
I am too I feel sorry for people who own these cars when they come in with check engine lights on and running issues big bucks
Very good video im a new subscriber
Thanks for subbing!
Is it absolutely necessary to remove the sub frame? Thanks for an interesting video and for sharing. Regards Stephen
I think so maybe you could try and hang it down enough to get the gearbox out but that could be awkward I’d say remove it
Proper mechanics work, great vid 👌
Thank you 👍
Good result thank you for sharing 👍
No problem 👍
hi hi
hi hi
Do you use picoscope
Yes I have the pico scope 4425A and I love it awesome tool
Enjoyed
Very nice fix Alan.
Thank you Michael 👍
Does it have another name. Im trying to buy 1. I have the same problem with my peugot partner
It’s just a standard 5 pin relay
I was struggling to find one too, and when I did the wait was days. In the end I went to Amazon and got it the next day (today).
Great video Alan 💪💪💪
Thank you 😃👍
I could here peter ordering a burger in the background 🤣. Good video Alan 🧑🔧
😂 chippy Friday
We eat chips every Friday but unfortunately this day the chippy made a slip up and poor Alan got no chip but a 2nd burger instead 😂😂😂
I need help with my Mazda 6 2013 pls. DPF has been removed and cleaned but it keeps saying sooth accumulation in DPF is too high. How can I get you to help
If you’re DPF is clean then you need to reset the DFP with a scan tool to get the soot accumulation back down to zero
Do they clean your intakemanifold?
Hey, i have a ford kuga from 2010 and the keyless key or remote, won't lock or unlock the car from the remote, it will lock the car from the metal key and the care detects the key inside, i've changed the battery on the key 2 times already and still no hope, there are no error codes either... any ideea?
Sorry man I don’t think you need to see a key expert
Hi Alan, just seen your video and well done. Am thinking of getting a 6, are they to be avoided or are the engines ok as long as you keep on top of the carbon build up? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.John
They have a long list of faults ,head gasket, oil pressure issues, exhaust cam shaft, turbo faults, intake carbon buildup, exhaust pressure sensor issues but a great car when they are going right hard to say what is a good car now they all seem soft now a days
Thanks Alan, yeah I've decided against it. Beautiful car..it's a shame@@deisediagnostics629
Where you base same problem to my car

Interesting that the UPC is giving various codes. My own experiences of the UPC (under bonnet fuse box) are bad. They're prone to water ingress and accident damage, resulting in an assortment of weird and wonderful faults. Last one I had on a Clio was the car going into limp mode because the UPC was erroneously reporting the battery voltage as too low.
Yes it is hard to make sense of these cars now a days it can be very frustrating
I have the same errors byt I can't find any bad wireing? What else can be mistake?
Could be the cam or crank sensor
Could be cam or crank sensor
Fair play. My exact issue and car. I'll be looking there tomorrow.
Great job
Thanks Dave nice easy fix 👍
Nice find & fix Alan, well done 💪💪💪
Thanks Peter a handy one 👍
So this is the map sensor?
What he didn't say is the car had been filled with petrol, but it's a diesel car. That's why it would not run.
Great video ! My mazda 6 2017 is idling rough after carbon cleaning. On cold engine the rev fluctuates and when engine is warm it goes away. Any idea what this could be, i also see a bad change in the fuel consumption because of this.
There is lots and lots of faults I see with these Mazda’s could be anything really have you any fault code’s
Im having the same issue on the same car mine is coming all the way back up but the last bit seems to spring up! Di you think could be the same problem?
Sounds like the same issue seems to be a common problem
Muhteşem bir video sayenizde arızayı iki dakika da buldum teşekkürler bu videoyu paylaştığınız için
Brilliant I’m glad it helped 👍
That's 2 grand to you sir ,thank u very much 😆

Hi mate, having a someone similar problem with my 2.0 Citroen dispatch 2019, when accelerating hard in 4th , 5th gear I feel a strong tug back and a quick flash of the glow plug light for literally 1-2 seconds and then it’s fine, done a little bit of research and seen on other vehicles it could possibly be a camshaft sensor? My try putting a new one on as there only £25. Was just wondering what your opinion would be and any feedback would be very appreciated!
Could be lots of things you got to start with a fault code
Bonjour super vidéo . J’ai testé mon bloc pompe avec ohm mètre j’ai OL je pense que c’est également hs la tension aux bornes est de 9v est ce normal ? Merci cordialement
Perfect video bid ,cheers
I enjoyed watching thanks
Thank you 👍
Hi all, has anyone been able to fix this P2262 issue in Mazda 6 diesel? changed the exhaust pressure sensor but, again engine inspection lights turned on. Low acceleration on the motor way. Any advise please ?
Check that trap door on the turbo very common for breaking off also check both turbos for wear they can suffer from lack of oil because of the oil strainer in the sump blocking and that usually happens when injector washer’s fail long list of issues with the 2.2 skyactive
Hello mate, great informative video that. I have an issue where the headlights, wipers & heaters all stop working at the same time. They all go off and then all back on again, off on off on. 2018 i40, no one can seem to fix it. Changed bcm, fuse box, and push start button to no avail. Wish I was in Ireland so you could have a look! Any ideas? TIA
Sorry man i haven’t come across an issue like that it’s an interesting one it kinda sounds like a bad or loose connection somewhere 🤔
Thanks for the reply. Yeh the guys at the auto elec where the car is now seem to think it’s a dodgy module somewhere but can’t pin point it. Great video all the same mate. I’ll let you know if I conquer it 😂
@@KarlStokes-f2w yes do please it would be nice to know hope you get it sorted
Thanks for the video. Just my 2cents : When changing the battery try not to touch it with greasy fingers or gloves. Use a clean tissue to hold it when it comes out of the pack. Oil etc. on the battery terminals can cause issues. Clean contacts and or battery with isopropyl alcohol and a clean tissue if needed.
Hi boss elwhere is your garage???
Kennedys garage Portlaw Co Waterford
So you never changed 🤔 pressure plate? You changed clutch plate
Replaced the clutch, pressure plate and the release bearing but I didn’t replace the dual mass fly wheel no need it was in good health
