Yawning was painful 😭

Is it hard to get approval for a tonsillectomy? I've been told I need it like 2 or 3 times now, but I just didn't know if it's easy to get approval for one or if you have to go through a long process first.

Im quite afraid of noroviris pyke bugs as it could strain my heart. My immunity is very low. Im 32-33kg. I saw someone queasy looking and freaked our as id no mask. The lady made fun of me. Im very thin die to severe insomnia and its really hard to gain weight. I fear i could actually die. Fortunately the shop next door got me masks as the lady kept intimidating me. Im visibly frail and unwell looking. Shame on her.

I took that as well. In addition, I did the Tylenol dissolvable packets. Keeping up on that and not over doing it with regular food is what helped the most. I also iced and had a humidifier going it all times.

On day 18th finally the pain is gone and my throat feels the same as it was before the surgey, but the last two weeks have been really painful and really hard ,but my main tip is to just keep urself hydated from the night of the surgery, for first week keep drinking cold water it really helps and specially keep an alarm for the night, wake up and keep drinking it really helps in the pain and swallowing and then in second week keep drinking warm water it makes swallowing comfortable and start eating and talking keep ur muscles engaged it will really help, also keep one gum chewing all the time, keep ur loved ones near to you that support is really needed and last when u need painkillers take them keep urself comfortable and at the end its all worth it, i feel so light now after 18 days

I’m on day 7 today and I really wanted to try puréed potato soup and I was so sure I could do it. Nope nope nope. It burned like heck. I have only been getting around 3 hours of sleep at a time because even though I try to drink at least a glass every hour, my throat gets so dry. As my mom says I sleep like “a dead horse” with my mouth hanging wide open, so it’s normal for me but it HURTS SO BAD NOW.

I'm on day 6, since last night I started to wake up during the night because of pain. I really miss good foods. 😅😅

Hi lovely I got teary watching this. I’m 38 and iv had this phobia since childhood, in my younger days it was always there but never controlled me, and thankgod I was able to have children. But now it has gripped me so bad, it’s debilitating. Only a handful of people know I have this, as I find it very embarrassing. I haven’t had a relationship in many years because of it and this is what upsets me the most. I try to live with it but it’s so so hard :(

This summer in Chicago, teen gatherings have occurred. They begin to get rowdy and wild. My opinion in this is that sex traffickers will send their scouts as fake cops to blend in these type of crowds. Scouts will check women at random and will make their choice. They will start to use a getaway tactic to an arrest, take them to their cargo van and take them to the pimps. And if thinking carjacking is for only to take their car, we have to think again. Especially on young female drivers. Tactics will include rideshares, brake checkers, and fake check points. Be sure on who your Uber and Lyft drivers are and which vehicle they drive. DO NOT RIDE SHARE AT ANY COSTS UNLESS YOU ARE IN A GROUP.

Listen they’re nasty vile demonic creatures. I’m sure if we were to ask your narc about your relationship they would say you guys were never in a relationship 🙄 A narc did that to me after begging me to move in and I refused!!! I had too many boundaries for her. She cheated and had the nerve to try to hoover me and try to triangulate me with the same person she cheated with!! I refused her to get back with her and gave her a narcissistic injury!!

How can I tell of the person I am with is a covert narcissist or just has ocd. I think mine has ocd to the point where they can’t plan because everything is delayed because it has to be perfect. And the comments on their appearance and mine is just improve both of use to not waste potential. No talk of the future or commitment because they have problems planning. Only able to see me 2 days a week on a schedule. Inflexible when I try to make plans or adjust theirs. Specific relationship rules. Moving forward and moving in has to be their plan because they have their place perfect and can’t move. All days are rules by a schedule so I am more or less on their schedule. High standards as to who my friends are and what activities I participate in. I could say more. I don’t think they mean to be controlling of me I think they see me as fitting a slot in their life because they have ocd. Also they are a clean freak and critical of my level of cleanliness and decor of my home and clothing choices and how I walk. I needed to become more feminine. They have improved my life. But I feel judged and controlled. I feel a lot of hesitation to just do what I want spontaneously. I think they may have ocd though. It’s hard to tell. If I bring up new boundaries part way through the relationship they say I am controlling them and we are not aligned in values. We do have the same values, I was asking if they would accommodate me for a need I have.

The term "Narcissist" is definitely not only overused, but for the most part, most people are completely clueless to the difference between a person with NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder) and just some self-centered and arrogant person. What you said about procrastination and disregard is IT! I felt the exact same way; They can't make up a date, they can't commit to anything, they can't plan for anything. They will tell you that they are "spontaneous" but the reality is that they are lazy and mediocre. They prefer to hide from you because they lose all pretenses in front of you.

I’d love more tips. I watched other creators on this subject. Your approach and perspective is quite relatable. I keep going through cycles of wanting to reach out to him. The anxiety and sadness is immense. It was like a light switch and he kept accusing me of being controlling… but he was being controlling. Every unkind word became my fault and labeled a reaction to me. I’m fighting not to reach out. It feels so unbelievable that I’m so disposable to him. One day you want to marry me and the next there are so many unfounded accusations and cold dismissive interactions. My head is spinning from the switch up. He even stopped answering my calls at one point. So controlling…
