I still don't understand

I have tested four times and 3 markers keep coming up that are not a match but the fourth test claims im 96.777 % how can they now make that conclusion when 3 markers still dont match and 3 previous test excluded me

Is it possible that growth hormones and other substances could alter one’s dna 🧬 or eating smoking and drinking coffee before the swab like 10 mins before and a mouth wash and brush of teeth like literally 20-30 mins before and the child had eaten and drank the same amount before . I have had multiple types of hormones in the past years that affect growth hormones and some may have stem cell therapy in them but I doubt that . The kid looks identical to my twin sister like scary but the dna came back negative by a mile . Is their any way this could be wrong ??? This was done in a clinic and sent off to a lab properly

Hello I’m trying to understand my results and I’m so confused 😕 my report looks nothing like this but it’s have DDC information on it, however my results are the exact opposite my results have the conclusion first, chart second(without a PI on it) is my results falsely reported? I really need help! It’s also a lot of matching “alleles” on the result but it says EXCLUDED and it’s only 18 alleles tested? Please read my comment and help if possible
