OMG! Total flashback! I read the Famous Five books when I was about 10 (I’m 60 now🫣) and I am an American. Loved those 📚 😊. Now thanks to you, I just ordered one off eBay! Don’t think I have the heart to cut it up though 😊 That’s where I learned that a torch was a flashlight 🔦 😊I have a lot of fond memories of walking to the library to return one and pick out the next!

I love how this turned out. I have 4 adult sons. The three oldest moved out, and then the oldest came back. I have to say, when all 4 are home for holidays, it is a bit overwhelming. 😂

What a great piece. I love WW II clothes so much. Before I retired, I taught American and European history and I had a woman that would come in and talk about WW II clothing. So interesting. She always wore an original outfit from the war years. So, thank you for the memory jolt and much inspiration for today. 💜💜💜

I have not made a tag journal-yet-but I have collaged now. After watching you for hours and hours I got brave enough to rip paper and collage on a gift for my daughter. A small journal in an envelope filled with journaling cards of all kinds related to Aquarius and Imbolc since she was born on groundhog’s day, 51 years ago. I never would have tried except for watching you and getting inspired. Thank you for all you share in this community. Beautiful make today.

Good Morning.....looking past my TV I can see snow in my yard. I live on 15 acres so my "garden" is a huge snowing quilt of possible chores! Thanks for you inspiration and I absolutely adore Grandma and grand from yesterday. I have not worked on the prompt yet. Would you believe I have had so much glue on my hands my skin cracked so I'm letting it rest for a few days. Today after church I may wear gloves and jump back in! 🎉 I don't have a tab journal thos go round but I love yours so much that's my next project. ❤❤❤❤

It is a very cute page. I love the poem. My grand and great grandchildren call me mom- mom. I called my grandparents, grandma and grandpa. What will you want to be called if and when you become Grand?

So funny you choose grandma and Henry today. Last night my great-grandson called. We ended up face timing while he showed me how clean his room was and for us to catch up. 45 minutes and then goodnight. I am GG to my great-grandchildren. I have knit one pair of bright red socks to go with a pair of two toned red hiking boots I made with the help of a shoe making teacher in 2016. But I had help from an avid knitter here in town.

I used to love asking my gramma to tell me stories from her past when I was little. She was born in 1920 and had some amazing stories! I’d even ask her to tell me certain stories over and over again. Miss her!!
