I'm sorry to hear this, you could try a reinstall (save and/or screenshot your settings) of the client, if that doesn't help, make a ticket with Riot, or do the ticket first, whatever you prefer. For me buying a new pc fixed the issue, so maybe it's just an OS issue? Or a conflict with some other software (or hardware) on the pc, I don't know. I hope you fix it soon.

You can find it on the map. Jinx says she knows this place when you see a particular picture, and it also says that this is where Silco became Silco. After that, you can see that that lociation is at IX 37, which is 937 because IX is the Roman number for 9.

Click on the right parts in the right order. Check the video again to see which things to click in what order. Or just try a bunch of them, it will eventually work :P

The key is behind the bar, if you start the act, directly on the left you find the light thing, directly on the right you find the music box, but if you would just go further inside, you will see a bar, left of where the hallway to the basement is, or right of the stairs. You would need to go to the inside of the bar, so behind it, you'll see the key hanging there.

there is a button to choose a room, choose room 2 to play act 2

Try a reboot of the client, maybe that helps, you should be able to just start act 2 if you already did act 1.

Try a reboot of the client, if that doesn't work, try a reboot of your computer, and if that doesn't work, you should probably make a ticket to Riot.

Sad to hear this. You could try a reinstall, but watch out, save your settings file so you don't have to redo all of those.

happening to me right now too, lmk if you find a solution.

My solution was a new computer :'( I hope you can find a cheaper solution.

I couldn't log in for a few months once, so compared to that, I wish I had the have to login twice bug instead at that moment, but yes, it still sucks, hope it's fixed soon for you. If not, maybe try a reinstall, but save your settings file first!

Riot made some changes to cards, they sometimes forget to change the challenge so you can finish it. Just skip it for now and do it later when Riot fixed the challenge ;)
