Thanks for your comment. My work is focused on finding ways to do movements like a golf swing that minimize or remove pain. I suggest you work with the movement explorations on my channel that include the pelvis. Take care!

How about exercising it worked for me physical therapy you might be vitamin b1 deficient I started taking B1 my numb toes are gone and so is neuropathy knee bends help sciatica

Thanks Yvonne - I appreciate your kind response. I would love to help my neighbour; I did talk with her about ways to avoid creating the pain she suffered from and she was not really open to learning how she could move differently. Unfortunately, I find this can be a common response when someone is not yet ready to look into their own movement habits. But I live in hope and continue to invite her to take better care of herself.
