so update, I watched Kingdom of Heaven last night and recognised most of the scenes used, but could not remember seeing scene 1:17 where soldier is in a barn drinking water and someone comes up to him with a sword, or scene 1:24 where soldier lies injured on the ground - do you have an extended Kingdom of Heaven ?
It feels somewhat symbolic that the book was not even half full. Like the story finished far too early or that he didn't lead a fulfilling life.
out of all the fan made videos, this is definitely the best, mostly because of the Crusades clips, but now I've seen The Old Guard film and know those clips don't actually feature in the film, can you please advise which film they're from possibly Kingdom of Heaven ?

Never go around to watch Season 2. What happened here? Why is Laura cheating on Shadow with the Leprechaun god? Her entire character story in S1 was finding a way back to life and to Shadow.
Because they have past life karma to heal, she made her wrong right when she saved Shadows life.
Shadow also rejected her when she returned from the dead. In life she called him puppy and when she died she followed him like a puppy hoping for the love he couldn't give her. Karma always balances things out. She felt beholden to him especially bc she thought his love brought he back (as shadow charged the talisman that resurected her, Sweeney's lucky coin). However, She continued to rot and her light would dim then grow, as shadow would was hot and cold with her. Then after the second death, Sweeney chose love over money (he sacrificed the coin) to have her back and he placed it in her heart (which is symbolic of his love for her) and when she returned she was more radiant and her heart full of light and she was no longer falling apart (a rotting corpse)
