Oh my gosh, thank you so much. I always feel bad buying grapefruit. I feel like I waste so much of it and grapefruit is my absolute all-time favorite. I’m going to prep a whole 5 pound bag of these right now.
I have tried over 50 grapefruit and tried to do it as described. This is completely incorrect and does not ever work like this. It NEVER PRIES out and turns out to be a mess beyond control. THE NARRATOR IS NOT TELLING at all how it is done. If you think I am wrong..try it.....She NEVER explains what species of grapefruit that she is using. Dont ever count on this style working as it DOES NOT...lolol
I just peel it like an orange then eat the slices!

Yes this method is pretty much how a professional would prep for like a restaurant buffet.
Yo whats with the wasteee I literally eat the fruit left on the skinnn
Grapefruit definitely tastes best prepared this way! That's too much waste for me so I'd eat every bit of it. The pieces could be squeezed to make grapefruit juice too. I LOVE GRAPEFRUIT!
Thanks 🙏
I love grapefruit!! However it kills my stomach!! 😢
I thought my strat was goated, jeez
Fantastic demo!!!
Oh boy! Thanks! Now the fun begins, I have about 20 grapefruit I need to cut up! ❤
Absolutely the best way to process grapefruit and oranges.
Best method I've seen.
I love grapefruit but I get in such a mess trying to prepare them. This is the best video I've seen on getting clean segments. Thank you 😊
Many thanks- will give this method a try. didn't think about prepping for a week- that will save a lot of time.
Amazing video thank you so much
Cool and great tutorial
I usually buy two huge bags of grapefruit at a time at Costco cuz I love it so much, but prepping it just sucks so much. Glad I randomly decided to google “how to easily peel grapefruit” to finally find this vid hahah
Does that work better cold or room temperature?
Great trick! I’m so excited to have learned this method.
Nice shortcut for segmenting, only takes 1/2 the number of cuts😊
I love grapefruit and I know I was eating it wrong. Thanks so much for this video. I will always cut 🔪 it up this way. You’re the best ❤️🫶🏽
You're crazy to eat a container full of grapefruit a day
Amazing technique. Can't wait to try.
I love grapefruit Too !
The significant distinction is how you sliced one section, THEN removed it, THEN did the next section. I had seen a couple of videos telling us to cut all of the sections, THEN remove all of them at once. This was a MUCH better approach.
A lot easier if you freeze them
Late to the party. but wanted to say thank you. I have never eaten grapefruit at home even though we have a grapefruit tree as it has always been such a pain to get the segments out. This is so easy!
I just eat the whole thing after cutting off the skin.
Yummmmmmmm
my FAVE method now. thx
Great video thx for sharing👌🏾
Yum! Gonna give this a try tomorrow. Thank you!
How to *CUT* and segment grapefruit. No peeling here. Good stuff though, it's the tastiest way to eat it. My grandmother used to peel each segment by hand, it was amazing but no one has the patience for that
Nice I love how the grapefruit looks. Very delicious 😋
Lot of wastage
Nice 👍
Thank you for your information
the drug addict at the start is my type x
Try doing it with no knives....... next!
The thing you call "the white stuff" and "this middle..." is called pith. Like the helmet. On all citrus fruits.
wow that intro caught me off guard and sent me off to cloud9 LOL
Bitter is needed, for the liver ,digestion
Clean that board please 🙄
💕💕
Great video
I really love Grapefruit but I was never taught your way of prep, mine was practically picking the grapefruit out, it was awful almost an hour for fruit. YOUR WAY IS AWESOME and I'll be doing that from now on 💖💖💖💖💖
do you refrigerate them before cutting?
I always eat this and pineapple with chilli garlic and salt 🤤🤤
