I’m curious did you get your rear luggage rack powder coated or did it come black? Have one on mine, debating the best way of painting it

For my car, the two buttons on the inside and the fob would not open the rear trunk. However The key would open the trunk which thankfully helped with the repair of this. The wiring harness was the issue as you see in this video, but I only had one severed wire, and that was gray. Once I reconnected that I was able to operate the trunk normally. This diagnosis was perfect for my E60 however, it took longer for me because the wire that was broken (Gray) was very close to the trunk hinge and made it difficult to work with, and I had to be very cautious because I didn’t have much wired to play with for splicing or soldering. I had other wires where the insulation was cut, but the copper wire itself was intact. I hot glued around those and used electrical tape to excess in order to minimize bending for future opening and closings of the trunk. Keeping my fingers crossed my effort works for a good while.

Hello my my forty eight twin cam base gasket is leaking oil very little when moves and shake on bumpy road. What is the reason breather house ? Some guys said 2500 to change the gasket. I have low budget. Better Harley or third party mechanic ? Or any any air. breather hose. Please can I have idea. No knowledge. I don’t see oil coming from some where. Only I feel left side of seam. Please help me out thank you

do you have to turn off your battery before doing this with the wires>? also what AWG is this wire? i have a 2007 E60 and i think i need to do this.

This was exactly the culprit to my 2008 bmw 528i… 2 wires broken and a bunch about ready to break. Does negative battery terminal need to be disconnected, prior to soldering? Also, after trunk was fixed, check engine light turned on, runs rough with misfire codes… would the wires have something to do with the ECU/ECM? Thank you 🙏

this R1 model is my Dream bike, not even new R1 or R1M could replace this legend for me, hope i can get 1 soon need to work hard, also this exhaust sounds really good and smooth, is that because recorder quality is great or the exhaust sounds clear and nice idc, this is the best video that produce good quality image and crystal clear exhaust sound of this beast!

I’ve got white rims on my one. It looks amazing! My moto GP has the red at the bottom so it does look slightly different.

They don't even sale these hoses anymore where can you get them. They stopped making the front breather tube. And the rear one is in backorder possibly no longer available any solution for that

I bought breather hose ! Because it wrecks! But now I see the head gasket is leaking i asume i have to change it! You ever see! The OEM PART? Or Head gasket #part! Would be! So much Helpfull

Wow, this could be very helpful thank you! Just came back yesterday from a tour of Europe, had it serviced before I left, starting leaking oil just like this, hoping now it’s the breather hose and not the head gasket. Did you say carb cleaner or car cleaner? Thanks again for the great video!
