So 4 hits followed by a unique smash followed by 2 5-hit combos followed by any rush chain followed by a rush chain or a lift strike or grand slash followed by any chain is basically the longest non-sparking combo?

awesome explanations and concise directions. of all the videos i've seen on this (which honestly is only around 10 or so) this is the only one that actually explained a mechanic and talked about the actual inputs, not just saying telling me to 'do this mechanic when x happens'.

5:37 the reason you perform the auto combo 3 times is actually because you have 2 auto combos. Your character will alternate between autocombos if you step/rush in, or rush chain. The last hit on an autocombo is like a rush chain, as long as you don't do it twice, you can keep going.

About the revenge counter, you can evade them by just pressing the dash key (A or X) and input a direction (left or right), the character will do badass animation evading the attack (it looks like a ultra instinct thing), this tech is not very common and i dont see many people teaching it, you can also time the vanish with the attack and will do a similar animation and reappear on his back

Yes. Thank the Lord YES! All, and I mean ALL, of the "combo videos" I've watched on sparking zero (other than this one) are infuriating. they don't explain what they are doing or do it very poorly. never explain follow-ups, why you can follow-up or how. they also always just say "copy this combo it's good". like no dude I wanna learn how to build my own and how it works. some explain the different types of rush attacks but usually only 1 or 2 and then they just say "check your character they're all different." I can't believe the budokai tenkaichi series has so many "veterans" that know the games inside and out and yet none of them can explain anything. This is so far the best combo video I've seen when it comes to explaining thank you.

Finally a good combo video. So many videos with no text or explanations. Also the build up from basic to follow up is key. I had no idea that you could combo directional short holds. I've been looking through many combo videos and this is by far the most educational. Good job!
