The old and the 1st Japanese Restaurant in Indonesia is Kikugawa,in 1969 till now and Hoka Hoka Bento is not restaurant but more as Japanese fast food and first time open in 1985,so Hokben is not a pionir because there is many (*real) Japanese Restaurant earlier 70s-80s already open in Indonesia, like at Blok M Area (South East Jakarta) or also one of the legend is at Hotel President

Turkish food is one of my favourites. They make the best bread! That first rice looked like rice that an Egyptian guy showed me how to make. I couldn’t get a close look but the brown bits could be maiden hair egg noodles browned before adding rice and cooked via the absorption method. Great video as usual. Cheers! 😊
