In my view this is the best version of the "Angel Of The Morning". Hope you'll like it too... The first time I heard this song was watching "Friends". It's sad there isn't any better acoustic version of it, because this one can easily be called a masterpiece. Enjoy

I dunno about Sheryl Crow, but 2000 miles as performed by Chrissy is one of my favorite songs, and I wonder if anyone else can give it the same feeling. I'll keep an eye out for that one and post a link here if I see it. In the meanwhile, how about Patty Smith singing You Light Up My Life? :)

She's a great performer but unfortunately I'm not a fan of this version, it was too rushed for me. I prefer the Merrilee Rush and Juice Newton versions a lot more, much more emotion and gravitas.

Anyone know if there's a download of this version on any music streaming platforms? This is my favorite version of the song.
It’s pretty confusing that Chrissie, acting as a cafe singer Stephanie, introduces the song by saying she wrote it. Then there’s a jump edit and this song plays. So possibly she played another song first? I’d always known the Chrissie Hynde version of this song and assumed it was a cover. Then seeing this clip, I figured she must’ve written it. Thankfully Wikipedia put the record straight. This’d be a legal nightmare if the songwriters were annoyed that a popular tv show misled people about the actual composer(s) of the song.
