Sounds to me like the victim has been a nightmare. She literally admitted that she called the police on the suspect when they were roommates because she was breathing heavy. That's childish af. She looks and sounds like the typical Karen and probably just didn't want the woman as her roommate and just antagonized her until they moved her. And she was probably antagonizing her again when she "spoke" to her because why are you even speaking to her if you know you two have such a negative relationship that you had to be separated?
