Similar to Opal Darkbriar: I believe that Kizdean Gix (the dark elf SK that wanders around outside befallen) and a high elf merchant in Firiona Vie I think the name is something like Kazdean Gax? They both have the same rude demeanor as well.

I love this stuff man, you’re awesome. The rambling at the end fading out made me think of myself when I go to tell a Story to GF and within 15 seconds, I’ve branched off from the main story, and then branched from that branch, and again and again, before I even realize I’m telling 17 stories, I see that glazed look in her eyes, but rarely do I manage to shut down the rampant tangents before she knits her brows and says something like, “Dude… focus, I don’t know what the hell you’re talking about.”

There would have been more answers to your questions but Sony blocked the original team of developers from finishing their content. They actually fired the original developers. Most of them. And pushed out new releases and micro transactions. The game is but a shell of what it should have become. I play. Yep. My favorite game

It's not exact, but the fire-breathing dragon painting at 1:30 seems to be based on the cover of the Silver Anniversary Dungeons & Dragons box set (TSR 11450), which would've been in circulation around the same time that EQ was being developed in the late 1990's. The back of that D&D box set features art by Larry Elmore, who worked alongside Keith Parkinson at TSR. Both artists produced iconic EQ box art over the years.
