Hadddddddd
Cool video, thanks :)
thank you
First of all thank You for thorough explanation. Help needed: Cannot buy nitric acid. Solutions?
There's no such thing as aluminium. The guy who discovered it and refined it named it "Aluminum". You wouldn't call hydrogen hydroginium.
Thanks for this video. I searched many but this is best👍👍👍👍
Very informative
if aluminium object is set as the anode, why doesn't the Al metal oxidised?
Hello Everyone, I have a problem with anodising the pressure casting aluminium, means the alloy with high silicon contain (Si>6%). Does anybody tried this? Which parameter could be a problem, which should be combined?
what metal is attached to cathode???
Aluminum or Titanium. I use titanium cause it's stronger and the way I use it it holds my product and lasts forever.
Derek Waszkiewicz can u plz explain this process in your words?
EXCELLENT !
Great video and illustration.
Thank you so much for providing beneficial information. It reminds me of Galuminium. It 's a well-experienced manufacturer for aluminum extrusions, aluminium windows, aluminium doors, aluminum curtain wall, etc
Why we use dc current in anodizing prossses
Good video, backround music WAY TOO LOUD.
Evidently I just wasn't mean to be smart... I watched this three times hoping to help my knowledge on simple things. I'm a total failure apparently...
Anyone have a simple yet effective at home process all I'm seeing is a how to get colored metal I'm more interested in maximizing corrosion resistance
a bit late, but here goes, start with a good alloy, 6061 is a good choice, keep the anodize tank between 35 and 45 Fahrenheit, put it on thick, to do that you need to know the square inches of your parts, then square inches multiplied by 25 and divided by 144, that will tell you how many amps you need, say you have 26 square inches, that would be 4.5 amps per part, then its just time, 2 hours should get you around .0017 to .002, depending on the load in the tank and how good of a connection the part has on the rack, if you dont have a good connection the part will burn.
it's "aluminum" not "aluminium"
kevinkillsit only in America mate. Everywhere else it's Aluminium
Shut up...😂😂
Hello, which song is that in the background?
Is it normal that after black anodizing (elox) when I touch part it leaves black paint on my hands ?
no - are you sealing it?
I think your burning them not getting contact
Do you mean hard anodizing
Very very nice good job
What is being used as cathode in the process
A metal or carbon in most cases
Camila Gomes thank you
aluminium
@@MrHeizer42 no, not the aluminium
the electrolytic solution The voltage is between the aluminium and the solution
why annodizing of Lm 25 given bad surface property. Can anyone guide ?
It's a casting alloy with high silicon content. The silicon forms interstitial precipitates within the aluminium, these are predominantly silicon and therefore do not anodise.
What about last bath? :) sealing maybe? :)
what is the retarded music necessary?
I think its a tune
Hello: Thank you for providing this video. Does this video come with captions?
Very well done! thank you. Just what I was looking for. Best.
amazing video.very ussfull
