Why my 625 spectrum plasma make error cup?
The Miller machines have the easiest interface to use , I also purchased a Fronius 230i great machine but interface a little complex !!!
480 and 208v also
you know these bruhs are grabbing each others asses when the camera goes off
I bought the Miller Dynasty 200 back in 2010. It’s a great machine and mine is still running strong. I will check on the wireless pedal; that would be very handy. Thanks for sharing this.
Miller underrates there plasma I have a 375 rated for 3/8 but can cut 1/2 easily and even sever 3/4
Torch tip and proper pressures make a big difference in your cuts with a torch. It didn't look like yours was set correct but I get it, you're advertising the plazma (love your show by the way)
🙄
These guys are full of baloney
I know this is a promotion for a plasma cutter, but if we're being fair here these guys totally butchered the scene of them using the torch. In the hands of someone with a lot of torch experience a torch will destroy a plasma cutter for certain things. I have both. On anything up to 1/4" no doubt, hands down, plasma cutter. All day long. It'll work circles around a torch. However, anything over 1/4" thick i will use a torch. No questions asked. Cut about 4 feet of 5/8" plate the other day. Clamped a guide to the piece and the torch blew right through it. Super clean precise cut with bare minimal slag on the cut. Plasta cutter would of no doubt been slower. Plus convenience of a torch. No need for a compressor. No air for air dryer. No need for electricity. Simple and effective.
Supar job
I love mine, it's the best $1900 I've spent.
Can you cut pipe with that
No les entendí nada pero me gusta el plasma cuanto vale? Saludos
not to accurate. Sorry
Good video kep moving guys...
I watched my first plasma cutter video to see the very basics. Then I watched another to get more beginners use information. Then I stepped it up, watched this, to see what the pros do. This is very awesome and encouraging to what the future holds if I get as comfortable with this tool as you guys are. Thanks for posting this!
What size of compressor do you run in your shop or is needed to operate the extreme 625? Have you tried the plasma cutters with the built in compressors...do you like them?
Thank you very much my teachers. .
Thank you for your effort and extensive explanation..
Which type is best with an air compressor or without it؟؟؟
خادم shop air or an onboard compressor is a matter of budget and preference. A cutter with its own air is handy especially for a quick job but most limit you to 1/4 imch or roughly 6-7 mm. Thicker material you usually need the volume available from shoo air.
With!
We get it, the plasma cutter works quickly. No need to talk crap about the other methods. lol.
Nothing but advertisement.
Tom Allen wow? Really? You mean to tell me a 10 minute video all about a Miller plasma cutter is a 10 minute video about a miller plasma cutter??? What is this sorcery??
No need for the facade of two average cool dudes.
Hi Guys, thanks for the video. very good and informative. I bought the same cutter and now I have problem with it. I don't if you guys can help me or not. the Pressure light comes on and then the cutter fires and stops, fires and stops. like comes on and goes off. it doesn't cut all the way continuously. Thanks.
Sal K either line pressure in is too low, bits of rust have clogged orifices, bad ground or power supply wattage is insufficient.
100th liker by me ...........

I'm gearing up to expand into TIG. Helpful stuff. The 200DX is definitely on the list.
