Hi Erik! My stepdad and I just changed the starter on my 98 Concorde today, but for some reason there’s now an issue with getting power throughout the car. The dashboard lights won’t work, windows not functioning, and trying to start it has no reaction. The battery itself has enough power, we tested it, so we’re thinking there’s an issue with the conduction system running through the car. Any ideas?? Please help🙏🏽🙏🏽

So sad you have zero understanding of simple mechanics. This video is for people who have common sense. Sounds like this simple video is too advance for you.
I have plenty of understanding in fact iam a engineer and I work on Mercedes transmissions both the 722.6 and the 722.9 I only comment on your video because of the lack of professionalism and I only came across this video because I was removing a starter out of a e500 for a friend so I was trying to see if it was a more easy way other than removing the top portion of the exuast or take out the passenger side motor mount to give clearance but you never even said what type car it was but I watched it anyway just for education if any was to offer...which it wasn't.
This is the dumbest reply to a youtube video I've ever seen.....WTF do you need "bolt sizes" for? You have to remove them to get the starter out.....Talk about stupidity.
Don't bother a moron made this video. I wish dumb fucks like this would stop wasting peoples time with their obvious ploy to get attention. The only thing you brought to attention is how stupid you are. Mouth breathing dip shit.
But what car is this?
Thanks for sharing this video, very helpful.
You're very welcome!
Be great if we know (what vehicle) this is

Someone told me that it may be the ground wire. My truck has a small wire to the frame to the negative terminal.
Need a step by step video
Thank you so much brother 😊
It says removal and install.. and you didn't show the process of either 🤦

After you unbolt the starter how do you get it out
You may need to pry it away from the transmission, but you will need to wiggle it out.

Do you need to drain oil before replacing starter
No, you do not have to drain any oil. You do have to disconnect the battery though.

How do you get it out after it's unbolted
Need to wiggle it out or use a flathead to help pry it off. You may also try lightly tapping on it with a hammer.
