    I been watching your review and I’m at a point weather should I upgrade my 2018 Colorado or look to buy a new tow vehicle, should I upgrade the suspension? Because mechanics are saying getting parts are getting hard and there is a problem with the upper arm if I upgrade,scrubs tyres any info would be be a help

    • @Roaming_bullys
      @Roaming_bullys หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey mate, this is hard to answer because it will depend on what you plan on doing and plan on towing. If there’s nothing wrong with the Colorado it would be a a lot cheaper to upgrade your suspension than buy a new car. But, with a new car you get peace of mind with warranties and new tech. I pity the 2 inch lift and don’t have any issues with the tyres or control arms.

I towed the van a couple of times with the standard suspension and in all honesty it did the job well. I just found the van “porpoised” a little over some of the bumps and that’s why I went the airbags, just to stiffen it a little. I put the ‘22 raptor wheels on it which are 17s, an inch smaller than the factory sport wheels but they have a bigger tyre. With all the mods I’m towing at 19.5L/100 which I think is ok. I also put the ARB 140L tank, I feel it’s a must if you’re towing. Overall, I love the car and can’t fault it towing our van 👍🏼

    Do you need to run the cables to the main battery, or can it be charged from the 12v cig in the tub?

    So after 3months how’s the TPMS working on the caravan?

      It seems to be working fine. The pressures on the screen have moved in each of the tyres so it seems to be working.

    Enjoyed this video. Kids look genuinely happy and engaged in the road trip, nice family. Have a great trip. btw - what smart watch are you wearing? Wife and I are looking at options. Cheers.

      Kids are loving it! My wife and I have Apple Watches. They work well and integrate with our phones. My only criticism, mine only gets a day before needing a charge. I go to the gym every day (while not on the trip) and tracking my workouts seems to use a lot of battery.
