My main complaint is that they didn't bother to CGI any blaster marks on them.

I forgot their screams and whimpers of fear, brutal.

theres no holes in the amor or burn marks which mean the armor took the hit and the stormtrooper is alive and well.

The Mandalorian shows that there are really ppl inside these stormtrooper armor, and they die painfully. You can almost feel the sadistic glee of the filmmakers here. 😀

Do you think that Disney could ever be as imaginative as to do a film from a stormtroopers point of view? Perhaps a young woman, inspired to join the Empire after witnessing terrorism from the "freedom fighters" of the Resistance. It could follow her training, and then her battles - the ones they win as well as the ones they lose. She could witness her friends getting whittled down, battle after battle. It could show that both sides to any conflict are human. But no, I don't think Disney has that kind of imagination. They'll just keep churning out the same tired old formula time after time.

Fun fact: Most of them are actually just knocked out since there are actually no blaster holes on the armor Which means it just fractured their bones or knocked them out. If you look at the original trilogy, when a stormtrooper died, it had a stain and a burnt mark when the blaster it. Most of these don't.

I like to imagine these are just regular infantry that they put Stormtrooper armor on for better protection since they die so much.
