I love the part when the guys both sings the theme song together in the car LOL! They really nailed it by keeping on tune. Just imagine that MJ 'Michelle Jones' humming that tune in one or two of her scenes either in Homecoming, Far from Home and No Way Home. Now that would be something interesting. "Ooh, when danger comes to you, something something happens..." Don't you think so? In Far From Home she did keep it undercover during their European tour when she was spying on Peter and connect the dots. Those looks on her face when focusing Peter right there is pure KC Cooper. There needs to be more widespread education on emotional (especially) and physical abuse. I was in an abusive relationship, and the extent of manipulation and gaslighting by this man was horrendous and unbelievably confusing. He had two sides - one, loving and caring, the other was an anger ridden monster. This can occur to anyone - I am studying a postgraduate degree and am strong willed regarding moral and ethical behaviour. Unfortunately, love makes you blind. Not only love, but the powerful extent of manipulation. The first few months, the red flags didn’t visibly occur - it was as if he was attempting to win my love. After this, he essentially let out the aggressive monster - the two-sided personality. I advise anyone, don’t be too quick to marry or move in with a romantic partner, in case in occurs. (It may not, this is merely my advice.) I feel all men and women should be educated in the red flags, and the warning signs of ab*se. Also, to ab*sed individuals, please don’t feel shame, during or after the ab*se. It is not your fault, you have done nothing wrong. It is the ab*sers fault. Bless you all, and bless you Melissa for the courage you have shown and for speaking out on your experience.

***My name is Nicole and I am commenting using my dad's You Tube account, just so people know this isn't him posting***. Firstly, I'd like to say as a fellow survivor. It infuriates me that some people have claimed she is lying. What right does anyone have to say that? None of them are her. None of them know what happened. They are in no position to make claims like that. She has no reason to lie. And based on her body language alone, as someone who has been through domestic violence ( where my boyfriend abused me severely). You can clearly see that she speaks the truth. Sometimes it takes one domestic abuse survivor to both see & understand another. I can still see the same traits in Melissa,(even just in this video) that I still have. Especially when I talk about it to anyone. Even people I know well. Even after counselling, even after finally understanding that it wasn't my fault through this process. I still struggle with feelings of shame, fear, guilt. Especially when I talk about it. Personally, I can see these emotions even just in her eyes alone, as she's talking about her traumatic experience. These individuals that made claims she was lying, stated that it was because she had written it down, and was reading it like a script. Obviously a clear indication that these people have no clue what she is even talking about. I'd say she wrote it down, to make sure she had remembered and written down the experience, as she is publicly speaking out. Plus it's easier for her to recount her experiences without having to make full eye contact with the camera. Ever since my violent relationship ended, I still find it very difficult to make eye contact with people when I'm talking to them. Even when I'm not discussing anything related to it. Even when I talk to people who know nothing about it. I always tend to look down or away when I'm speaking to someone. So for anyone who has doubted her, cut her a break, seriously. She is publicly speaking out about a very personal and traumatising experience to a very large audience. That takes a lot of courage and bravery. Not to mention the fact that she is a celebrity, so she has really put herself out there. And unfortunately there are going to be some cruel comments and flak copped from the wrong sort of people. Thankfully she will have many supporters. Me being one of them. I suffer from PTSD - Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, as the result of being in a violent relationship. One of my worst incidents was when my boyfriend almost choked me to death in a carpark. We were at a friend's apartment, we had a verbal arguement outside which resulted in him attacking me. He had cut off my air-supply and he was so angry he wasn't going to stop. The only reason I am alive, is because 2 men who lived in the apartment building just happened to pull up, see him and they came running over yelling at him to let me go. Which he did. But he was able to run off before either one of them could catch him. I made a Police report that night. Anyways, that is as much as I am comfortable revealing to anyone, even in a You-Tube comment. It's the first time I have. Thanks to Melissa Beniost. It really isn't easy to talk about. Just reliving it then in my head was very difficult for me. And what I have told you is just skimming the surface. The abuse I suffered, I still sometimes can't believe it is real. I hope more survivors open up, to help in education and prevention.
