Hi, I have the same problem with my M5 F90. Today I removed the battery, it is an 8 volt battery and when I measured the battery it showed 8.1 volts. Is the problem still the battery or something else? Did you measure your old battery too? Thanks

Great vid, my 3.0 TDI solenoid vac valve started making a whistling sound.. Any idea? if you disconnect the small vacuum line the whistling stops... car is running ok... not sure what could it be

If every now and then mercedes, Audi,Bmw,vv gets warning on dash board for some fault remember that all these cars are cheap quality, which requires servicing again and again

When you say 200 degrees, do you mean Celcius? Or Fahrenheit?

Getting this replaced by the dealer under warranty for the second time in two years. Is it just a battery that doesn't recharge properly? I'm just curious of what I needed to do if this happens again outside of the warranty. Above the SOS button and easy to remove with a couple screws would have being a much better design. It takes the Dealer an entire day to replace it but you said 40 minutes which is terrible on their part, fortunately I got a loaner each appointment. Thanks for the Video.

Leaving the battery baking up in the roof might explain why it only lasted 3 years

I replace the tcu and had it reprogram,after couple storms in my area the emergency call message came back and the orange ligtht on the button is off. I checked the battery in the tcu and had some rust like water damage,my question here is how do I seal the fin from preventing to happen again?

READ THIS, it will save you 12 hours of work!!!! You probably struggling same as we all did, you tried to follow the steps and it's not coming of whatever, plastic melts and glue is not! They short answer you are not applying enough heat! Now notice, hes got a heatgun setup so it's always blowing - DO THAT! Get gloves! Bake in oven your headlight for 25 minutes for 100 degrees celclius - NOT NECESSARY, AS GLUE WILL HARDEN VERY QUICKLY ANYWAY! Heat the cover more than the plastic! Try not to touch plastic, just slightly prime in one area, and heat, heat, heat, the bloody cover will melt and WILL BE FLIMSY - Keep doing it and TRY TO PULL, IT WILL WORK. Dont give up and apply more heat in right place! Ideally it's 3 man job, one holding, one pulling VERY HARD, one heating CONSTANTLY! Once its out use 🔥 HOT SCREWDRIVER to remove the glue inside! Patient, slow and confident! Good luck!

There's oil in there because the pcv valve is in front of the turbo, not because turbo needs oiling 😵‍💫
