Queen hear me out You don’t have a lot of stuff in that storage unit to where it’s like your furnishing a 5 bedroom house it’s just you so keep what you want in your room and sell the rest and close the storage unit Depending on how much you pay a month that look like a 8x10 say $200 that’s $2,400 a year Just weigh your options depending on what you got the unit for and how much your stuff is worth I mean you don’t have couches or no big items and it’s just plastic and small items in there so Hey 😏

That’s crazy that last apartment in the ground floor I toured year ago in that same complex They have some nice 2 bedrooms upstairs 😏

Hi!! I am so happy you found a good place! Floor tip, I currently have laminate floors too. Get the dry pads and sweep, first, If you wet laminate with any debris, it just sticks or turns gummy like. Bona High Gloss Floor Polish is great. The cleaner you are using will cause build up. ( sweep first) Strip the floor with rubbing alcohol, then clean it with Swiffer wet pad, and then the Bona. Swiffer dry pad at least once a day. I encourage use of the dry pads then the broom and dustpan at least 3x a week. I am on my way there too!! Super excited for you! Laminate floors catch everything but they are so modern looking, I am sooo happy for you!! Enjoy!

Where do you recommend looking online for apartments? I’m also an Iowa native, currently living in Arizona and planning to move to LA and surrounding area but I have no clue where to find reliable sources online. Thank you in advance :) also I would choose the third apartment!

I would've chose apt 5 too but I would keep looking because there's a lot of modern looking apartments in Los Angeles.

Girlfriend this is the valley or Los Angeles county, not lOs Angeles proper and it gets hot in the summer. Traffic is a bitch in LA and getting home to the valley is an even bigger bitch during rush hour. Good luck tho
