I've offered this before, but if you want, i can send you a pdf copy of my medical school clinical school book. It has all the examinations we learn for the 4 years of the course. All the histories and the exams and some information about why certain things are asked. It covers what our osces are based on. It's a nightmare to learn them all in the degree, haha. But it could be useful for your asmr.

I wish we could have chris speaking a bit softer, I get pulled out of the relaxation with normal speaking volume.

Many commenters are mistaking these hats as 'cowboy' hats. In fact they are oilskin 'stockman" hats popular in Australia and New Zealand. I have one I wear to garden. Cowboy hats are made of felt or straw and are a blocked hat in general. Hats off to you gents!
