I feel like his influence is jazz. There alot of vibes from his playing but this has alot of jazz soloing in. It's very zen

OK, the guy had amazing skills - but this wankery over the song (forgiveable due to age/maturity) is not that musically interesting. Was WAY too hard to discern the song's melody.

Sad how video degrades. Film lasted many times longer with less degradation. Sometimes genius is hard to take. I know he was/is a super composer, just not my favorite kind of guitar anymore. I’m 58 and my taste changed.

First off, Becker is amazing.. Probably the best shredder of all time. But, he proves why computers aren't making metal music. I'll take a Lynch or Jake E Lee or Dimartini or Bratta or EVH solo over this million notes a minute stuff any day. Again, he is amazing. He could play faster than me. I'm not judging his guitar prowess. After the "holy crap, that's fast" aspect wears off, his guitar playing is quite annoying..

Eric has no limit...he keeps his own style but he sounds really Bossa Nova...He is just incredible et soooo sweet for ears.

Eric can play just about anything on electric guitar and always make it sound good. A true genius in my book.
