Can mod engine be used for any Elden ring mods or only ones the creator lists in the description?

Is it normal that it doesnt start. I dont own a pirated version and launching elden ring still doesnt work

Is there a way to alternate from multiplayer without changing or deleting anything? Do you only get flagged when launching it from the ModEngine2 folder? If launch normally through Steam seems doesn't activate mods but can you still get flagged?

how to fix not launching problem

When I download the file it doesn’t become a winrar

Clicking on launchmod_eldenring does nothing, it doesn't open the game for me.

I don't understand how ModEngine2 is supposet to guess where is the game location... There is literally no location path or what so ever...

my game folder is different there is 2 start protected games, one is start protected game then the other is start protected game original. also none of them have .exe in the name
