Whole house is available on the SH8.0RS, SH10RS, and the SH*T range. The SH*RT range have insufficient on grid range to do whole house.

Just to make sure, because my installer has a different opinion : if I install SH6.0RT I must separate the loads in essential (on backup port) and non-essential (on grid)? Thank you in advance for your assistance!

All backup circuits are "essential" circuits. Care must be taken to keep under the maximum output, and also if an outage happens at night, you may only have the reserve SOC of the battery until the PV comes back online. Refer to the standards in regards to the labelling and location requirements.

What is not connected to backup port but to grid, will be feed by the battery at night if the battery power is sufficient and grid is working? I know what is not connected to the backup port won't have power if there's a power outage, but how it works if there's battery available and also grid? Will the battery provide power to all loads or just to the ones connected to backup port?

@@SungrowTraining So not the SH5.0RS, SH5.0RT and SH10-RT. You may want to reword your video as that means Not supplied with any of the Sungrow Hybrid inverters in WA. Very misleading for clients seeing this video and WA installers trying to tell clients its an extra cost and not supplied by Sungrow.

Same here, you need to keep pulling the dongle out then put it in again. And try to set up connection. Eventually it works... crappy product

@@whatevergoeswithme I’ll try that. Last time I tried it didn’t work. Only thing worked was to create a new wifi network. And you are right. It is indeed a Crappy product.

Hi, Please put your dongle/communication module serial number (S/N) starts with letter B followed by few numbers as the password for SG connection. Thank you
