About the guarantor, does the guarantor need to sign the photocopy of the ID card? How about the photo? Because after taking the photo , the photographer will sign and certify the photo right? Can the photographer become my guarantor?

I wonder why people feel proud to gain other nationality. I know lot of immigrants get the nationality and after some time,they just go back to their countries. I don't why people feel proud to get others countries citizenship? I don't understand

@Aaron Sioco I hope you see this soon. So eventhough you were applying in person, you still had to bring a copy of your drivers license and your other ID with gaurantor's signature on it? I thought only the original documents would suffice if we are dropping off the application in person
