I absolutely love La Jolla. Something I never thought about, are there any rattlesnakes in the area? 😀
for culture , if surfing and beer is all there is............that seems kind of boring, very vanilla.
Growing up, i thought Eastlake and Bonita was fancy 😄
@@GuamanianBlood619 those are both great areas! Especially for those looking in South Bay 😁
Great presentation. Plus, you have a cool/cute personality with a touch of that "responsible" energy.
the price of homes is hyper inflated several times over, I would wait till the real estate collapse, you would have to be mad to buy a house now! ... rent all day long, no problem! even with nose bleed rent prices, that will collapse as well!
Great video! Thanks for sharing!
Scripps is part of UCSD and NOT San Diego State…. 3:41
@@farukhsharipov you are correct, which is in La Jolla, but when I catch an editing, it’s just too late 😅
I wonder what taxes and insurance must be like in those areas. Must make the monthly mortgage pretty hefty. I personally would rather buy the home upright, but I wonder if people who can afford to live in multimillion dollar homes ever truly pay the home off upfront or maybe they just always finance it.
@@maximumachievement361 it’s mixed, but a lot due pay cash. Either that or they’re putting a substantial amount down, around 50%. Property taxes in SD county sit around 1.2%. Other areas, such as LA county have an additional “mansion tax” which is an additional tax that gets paid when the home sells. Thankfully SD Count does now currently have this… now insurance is a whole other concern. Especially given the current state of LA county 😢 it’s already hard for CA residents to obtain insurance (and it’s quite expensive) and I foresee it getting even worse after this tragedy. Hoping the government finally steps in to handle it.
Hello dear ma'am all videos Awesome Love you ❤❤❤❤
Appreciate the love! 🥰
UCSD is there, not SDSU. Nice area !
You are correct:) I catch it in editing, but by that time its too late 😅
You have amazing energy ❤️
I appreciate that 😊
I was going to say Del Mar, La Jolla, Torrey Pines, Encinitas, Solana Beach and Cardiff.
The hidden ultra-rich are Bonsall and Valley Center.

Where is the best place for a 40s couple with little kids?
But still wants nightlife/citylife/etc
Wanting private schools so good public schools not necessary.
@@mrskeppers1 if you’re up in north county I would look into Carlsbad or San Marcos. In San Diego: La Mesa, South Park and Point Loma are great areas to look in to!
Most have multiple homes in Places like SF, LA,NY,London, Sun Valley, HI, etc. RSF, Del Mar, Del mar Country Club, La Jolla proper. Which none of these are in the city of San Diego.
Yes, but they're all in San Diego county
Are these places located in The City of San Diego City proper or in the Suburbs?
This is great and as a native San Diegan, you represented those areas well. Why no mention of Jamul though or one of the top golf courses, Steel Canyon. There is a ton of wealth in the back country like Rancho Jamul Estates or private massive properties and achorage. My neighbor had 108 acres just to give you an idea 😊 Oh and some properties that rival Fairbanks in Alpine. You’re not by the water but from some spots, you can clearly see it 😊
I'm a resident of Alpine. A San Diego native. No way Jamul makes the list. East county.
great video! thanks
Will call you when I win the Lottery😂 San Diego is truly special. Thx&see ya😁
ALVARADO ESTATES!
Love Coronado. I lived there for 9 months a few years back. Nothing but class.
Rancho Santa Fe, La Jolla, Del Mar without watching
Ding ding ding...yes.
If I could afford it I'd just buy a nice house in La Jolla that's gated and not part of a planned community. Those areas in Rancho Santa Fe are too stuffy and full insufferable people. Joining those clubs sounds terrible and golf sucks.
Rancho Santa fe farmers market is great. So is the weather and Central location
Great video! Have you ever visited The Crosby community? Very close to Santa Luz. Great golf course there as well!
@@golfpunk46 there are so many great ones. I personally haven’t been to the Crosby.
I will not invest in Ghetto Oceanside 😂 You forgot to mention the gangs that come in all races, shapes and colors From the Oceanside high school area all the way down to the valley
I'll wait for the housing bubble collapse ... weren't you selling fixer uppers in Barrio Logan not long ago?
Faith is trusting in the perfect life of Christ and Christ alone. We are all sinners God could not let any of us unholy sinners into Heaven except for the fact that Christ came to the earth lived a perfect sinless life even though he was tempted in all ways as we are but without sin. If we can put our faith alone in Christ alone we can receive his imputed righteousness and forgiveness that is our only path he said our righteousness is filthy rags and by the deeds of the law no flesh shall be justified it is only by faith. If we put our faith alone in Christ alone God will grant us salvation and when God looks at us we will be covered with the blood of Christ and the righteousness of Christ and that is the only way a thrice Holy God can let us unholy ppl into Heaven. God turned from the Jews his chosen ppl because they thought they could receive salvation by keeping the law so God turned to the gentiles. If we seek salvation by any other means then faith we will be cut off. We have nothing to offer God. God said I came to call the unrighteous and the sinner not the one who is good. The one who is good doesnt need a savior. To come to Christ you must realize that we are ungodly with nothing to offer and desperately cry out for the mercy only he can give us. Thats why he said blessed are the poor in spirit theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven not someone who thinks they have anything to offer to God. When Jesus died on the cross he proclaimed IT IS FINISHED perfectly perfect completely complete. Thinking works can earn salvation is saying Christ perfect work on the cross is not enough. Adding to the Holy bible and following unholy man is saying Christ is not enough. Repent and believe the true gospel of Jesus Christ before its too late
The weird thing about Fairbanks is that the country club on now owned by Bay Club. So anyone with a Bay Club membership can use the facilities. Maybe there still a private HOA course and amenities? We opted for Carmel Valley in order to not live in an HOA. It doesn’t matter how much money you have, no one likes paying for an HOA especially if you don’t use the ‘perks’.
HOAs are such a waste. People in other parts of the country swear by them "because property values" Here in San Diego, you don't need HOAs to maintain property values. Even in areas like Encanto and National City.
Fun post. Well done. Some of the best yearly weather in the world! Now, the Gates property being “stunning” might be enough to get Arvin’s ear - but the beach is the beach. Can’t fake that.
I like Solana beach the best even though it is not on this list.
@@NewWorldOrderFilms2030 solana beach is one of the best!
Downtown Is Where it’s at In Daygo💯
You're pronouncing Coronado wrong lol You're clearly not from the area, but we get it.

I applied for this exemption from being 100% disabled veterans they told it’ll takes 90 days. But the San Diego registrar representatives my application still needs to wait for approval. Please help why the delayed on my application.
Easy. They live in Rancho San Diego/The Covenant, and some in Del Mar.
You mean Rancho Santa Fe?
@@shaybappleI thought it was Rancho Bernardo
@@ronniepratt8710 RB is a nice area, I used to work up there. But it's far from one of the wealthiest areas. Although I'm sure there are some expensive houses around there.

These Homes Are Great💯
I lived in san diego for years. One of the cleanest cities. Vallejo is horrible. Ryan r
My sister and her husband have been living there for over 17 years. But they are moving out of there like just 6 miles from there. The 1st 6 or 7 years they lived there. I thought it’s Rancho Bernardo.
It’s a nice area and a community in Rancho Bernardo.
@ it is! Isn’t RB & 4S ranch 2 separate communities? If they are separate communities they are defininately near each other.
@@untitle161 4S ranch is a master planned community within Rancho Bernardo.
I keep watching this and I just can’t help how overwhelming it is to manage that kind of property. You’d have to hire staff to help you manage so much square footage. That’s something to think about even if you can’t afford those homes because you’ll have to hire people to live with you or to be in your home. That may not be ideal for someone like me who would have someone over that wants to walk around in her panties and sometimes even less than that. I do love when girls get together and cook breakfast in their bra and panties so for me simple is better and less stressful.
I have lived here for 55 years And you forgot a few things ….You forgot the Trash, graffiti, all the homeless, liberal politics, the crappy roads and of course, high taxes!
I don’t understand. All that fortune and there’s no martial arts schools, no boxing rings, and no gun range. The super rich don’t train to handle emergencies?
They hire.
why would you need to? They probably hardly ever come across emergencies when you're always surrounded by other busy wealthy people.
@@jamesleng6231 out sourcing your personal safety instead of taking responsibility for it is exactly how you get caught off guard. Women intuitively can tell if you’re capable of protecting them too so you being too lazy about your personal safety and not minding your surroundings might be considered a red flag🚩 or possibly open the door for an affair.
@@Trapmoneyjohn maybe so but that doesn’t exclude the fact that they probably have really bad kids that hang out with sketchy people. That was clear to most of the world during that Will Smith slap. Just because you have money, doesn’t mean you have class. The ultrarich can indeed be very violent so situational awareness is definitely important.
Dear ma'am ❤❤ Sweet
Great video and info, thanks!
