nice gameplay, why add shield mod with overwhelming HP to put your shield back to 1? Also skill duration isn't effected on Ajax and Ulti Ajax I have tried to many times, only the cool down can be changed.

Call sense, my friend, but Gay cannot under any circumstance be considered a tank that especially not in an interceptor fight. He has no way to replace lost. Hell she has no shield. All you can do is pile up defense and health and hope you don’t run out of both before the boss dies Tank has the way to replenish their health or their shields generally speaking doesn’t do as much damage as other characters and has a method of aggro. There are no tanks in this game. Agro is whatever the boss decides it is like switches on a whim from one character to another, but there’s absolutely no characters aware of what the ability to draw egg grow on themselves and that is a tanks job so they’re literally really no tanks in this game.

With the changes to fusion reactors they are now probably the best place to farm the legendary components - they cost nothing and the enemies are now easier to kill

I went for a more all purpose build myself. But I needed more ideas so thank you for the video. I have all 4 crit mods, 2 hp mods, spear and shield and maximize conservation, However, I may want to swap skill insight for cooldown or something else? Maybe Time distribution? What do you think?

i thought with the reactor you have to have it currently eqp to take the affects as in when your shooting the gun i thought if you have a weapon on the back it dosent work

Shot focus is a tough one to get a hold of. Managed to get it by merging purple C modules and it took a lot. Farmed sterile land wave fight and bunny cave for them. Probably better places but the wave fight was fun and easy for me to level weapons while collecting other resources. Really want a spare now in case its needed.

I think his bubble should be similar to Ward of Light in D2 where you still have the buff outside the bubble but in a limited time window(duration could be identical to bubble duration)

I mean ajax already never had a taunt skill, what were they thinking nit giving taunt to a tank class??? I am furious with how poorly they treated ajax, he never really had sny proper role.

totally agree, i thougth it was me when i was trying to build my ajax yesterday and nothing worked. The build that "worked" for me was one who spams enhanced habilities but meh

Ajax main here, and it really does suck how the devs keep killing the tank build for him but look on the flip slide. At least his dps build is still viable with void charge and void explosion. I wonder would void barrier be viable for a reflect build?

Kyle isn't meant for intercept bosses so don't feel bad abt his skill dmg not doing much. However as a mobber he's the fastest dungeon speedrunner in the game besides a few lvls like Unknown Laboratory that have tight spaces restricting his movement tech. You play him as a skill spammer not shooting guns (unless you want to for quick 1sec bursts in between aoe procs for a bit more dmg) as his AoE 1 shots all trash mobs, and his ult 1 shots all dungeon bosses/ elites or you can always just knock elites/tanky enemies off the map in most cases. Bunny is super casual and brainless playstyle where as Kyle if you learn all his intricate techniques and proper dungeon routes he becomes an insane beast and imo the most fun/ interactive char in the entire game. i realize im in a very small % of ppl who mainly play these type of games to speedrun dungeon/raid content but i'm just glad there's a character in tfd that actually has a high skill/knowledge ceiling and is rewarding to play instead of just mindlessly running through areas to get sub-par times cough* bunny meta

I have a question. I've just about completed this build and I notice that it starts you with half of you HP roughly instead of the 37K max HP. If I pick up health it will bring me to my Max amount but initially it only starts you at half. What is the reason for that? I'm new to Ajax.

I agree. However, I've raised Jayber long before they announced his buffs, so we're gonna be eating good. Wait your turn on Kyle and Esiemo. That being said, I really wish they'd look more into Transcendent mods because a lot of them are reaaaaally bad and we don't have enough build diversity because of it. Granted, they've touched upon Jayber's and Blair's, but I wish they'd do it a lot more often.

The poor balance is really frustrating since I mainly use Yujin. The upper echelon Descendants and weapons makes Yujin useless in many situations, as you don’t need his buffs and healing. Besides Enzo, support is useless since Colossi are little more than damage checks, while other content could be mindlessly cleared by running Bunny players. Nexon needs to make harder content and rework/buff weapon types and Descendants. Beam Rifles, Handguns, Launchers, and Shotguns are still largely dead weapon types.

Now I wonder, what if you use secret garden at the beginning and spam dimension skills, get the 3 obrs and get demonic out, then you can just abuse big dmg from the start, might be worth a shot

Sorry, but this build doesnt do kyle justice. You dont need firearm atk on him. Why do you have tons of health if shield increases his dmg? Why are you running decimator? This is a meme

If you are looking to play who you have fun playing, then it isn’t an issue. If you are looking to make the strongest characters possible, then you can’t expect every character to be meta and S tier. Sorry the characters you built out are not good right now… you can literally play 19 other ones other than Kyle or Esiemo.

I think these weapons should not have been buffed at all. Think about it, the game is new and weapons already have 50% base crit chance and stuff. What are the new weapons going to need to have for you to use them? 65% base crit chance? Balance is a reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaal issue like you said

As an esiemo main. I was sad to see no buffs, rework, or fix. Explosive propaganda is still bugged with zero mention of a fix. I would like for propaganda to be his 2 and for his 1 and 3 to explode on contact. I think this would make him viable

well. we are actually playing a "PRE" season Demo of a game. first mistake people make is: using resources/wasting time on NON-ULTIMATE characters. second mistake, people believing that making "gimmic/meta" builds from random youtubers is the correct way to go when there is no content at this time to use the descendants on. third mistake thinking that there is a "endgame" when there is not at this time. the game is meant to be played as a pass time not as a hardcore game. you will run out of stuff to do and then you will complain that the game has nothing to offer (typical gamer). FATAL mistake: thinking that the game is "Balanced" when its not at all.. maybe by Decembers update we might see some balance. im pretty sure that season 1 solo dungeons will show every "hardcore" to "casual" player how their descendants/ weapons are supposed to be built. its called critical thinking not follow the youtuber lmao.

I would agree. I think the long term plan for TFD is for it to become a looter shooter version of Black Desert Online. The end game is just about grinding mobs for little stuff. I still think it has a better core than Warframe does so we shall see where it goes.

It's not just them, the whole line up is out of balance. Outside of a Colossi battle, Sharen and Bunny are the only two characters you need. Colossi have quickly become 3 Lepic and whatever else or 2 Lepic, Gley, and either Bunny or Enzo. The game was never meant to be balanced. It's a casino. After having min maxed several characters and several weapons, I realized that all we ever do is level up and work towards another pull at the slot machine. People are starting to wake up to this and leaving in droves because there is really nothing to do in this game. If you've done it once, you've done it a thousand times, if not more. It's a new Korean Gatcha style of game.

Yup im there with you. I mained kyle, 15 catalyst later, maxed out secret garden and im at the point where im realizing its simply not going to match up to other characters and weapons. 15 catalysts because i originally built him for CD and skill power and now its a tank build that relies on a sub par gun. Currently building enduring legacy. Note this is specific to void bosses; regular pve is too easy.
